The radio that I purchased is either defective or installed wrong or both. The salesperson could not program radio stations . I heard installer say that they had bad reception in that area but the old radio worked fine it picked up all radio stations. The new stations sound would become loud and fade out . This jeep belongs mainly to my dad and he wants his old stereo back because the new doesn’t work. I believe that the installer must damaged the antenna wire that goes to the antenna because the old radio was working fine. I’m hoping that audio express will make it right and fix the problem. We cannot hear radio or program stations .

Definitely recommend Audio Express for your car audio needs! Luis and his team took great care of me from the very beginning. I explained to him what kind of sound I was looking to have and he quickly pointed me in the right direction. He explained everything to me and I didn't feel overwhelmed or like he was trying to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. Once they had my truck they went above and beyond to have it ready the same day even though they were short on staff and tight on time. Overall great service and I'm happy with the results!

One of the best experiences I’ve had at an audio store! Very friendly and helping . If you need any work done I HIGHLY recommend coming in. If you do ASK FOR LUIS. He hooked up my 2018 Chevy Silverado with my 4 8’s and box all within 3 hours. Really can’t express how thankful I am and how shocked how fast all the setup was done. Especially being very new to all this he could’ve easily mislead me but instead only directed me to only the best advice for my setup/needs. Hopefully this review helps you trust that this is the best place to take your vehicle to get right. Now everyone can hear my truck coming from miles away once again thank you LUIS!

Harley Davidson Lights and stereo install at Audio Express!!
I recently had a stereo and lights installed on my Harley Davidson, recommended by Rene in sales and expertly installed by Larry. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! The stereo has taken my riding experience to the next level—clear, powerful sound that cuts through the noise, even at high speeds. The controls are perfectly positioned for easy use while riding, and the installation was done flawlessly, with no wires showing.
The lights are another game-changer. Not only do they give my bike a sleek, custom look, but they also improve visibility for safer night rides. Larry did a fantastic job making sure everything was installed perfectly, and it really shows in the quality of his work.

Jay is the man! Had to come all the way from Albuquerque where there are 2 audio expresses but had bad service on the westside location so wanted to try down here before I took my business elsewhere. Jay came through and listened and understood my vision and made it happen. Give that man a raise and have him go train people.

*Amazing customer service. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of sound I’m getting from my system. I’ve came in a bunch of times and always welcomed by Jay, Luis or Danny. Let me be more clear; I’ve came in a bunch of times; asked a bunch of questions and didn’t buy anything. And each and every single time they were there to answer my questions and just be super friendly. I bought and got an epicenter installed today and Holy moly! This place is quality product, awesome customer service, along with pretty amazing prices. If you have an idea of what you want or don’t really know, hit them up. They’ll take care of you.

So I installed four 6x8s speakers and two 8in subs into my car with a Rockville amp. Thought it was a major upgrade until I brought it here to get it tuned and re-wired. 10/10 would recommend. They have my system sounding brand new.
