I have been shopping around for a new vehicle for the past year and nothing was speaking to me. I got an email in my inbox from Audi describing a lease special on their Q5 model. I called the dealership and made an appointment with Nick. I had my current vehicle's title and Nick asked me to send him photos of the odometer reading and the vehicle inside and out. He was ready when is showed up. He had the vehicle I selected getting a PSI test done since it had just come in from Germany. In the meantime we completed the application, the GM took my trad for a test drive, and I got my insurance moved to the new vehicle. The GM gave me higher than the car max value and I was thrilled. I took the extra money and put it toward the maintenance plan. Financing was a breeze. I drive home the very same aft with my new car. This has never happened before! These guys at Audi Ell Paso have a methodology from start to finish to make the buying easy and smooth for the customer...oh and the swag! A real nice logo embossed hot/cold metal beverage cup that holds a lot of your favorite beverage, a logo embroidered baseball cap- yes I wear on...when I roll out of bed on Saturday mornings and head to the gym...nice key chains and other stuff. Oh I almost forgot, the vehicle came with a roof rack that Nick installed for me, a front plate holder, a cargo shade for the trunk and a logo embossed soft carrying box for the trunk to hold small items from rolling around. I love my car but the dealership experience made it that much better.

Armando and the entire team at the Audi Parts center (as well as service) have all been incredible. I have felt comfortable taking my car back time and time again. They are very professional, honest, transparent and helpful.

Come here if you want to be extorted out of your money. I wouldn't do any major work here as I'm convinced they will damage other parts of your vehicle to make you return for more work. SLEEEEZY business practice here, run, don't walk.

We purchased our second car from Audi of El Paso. The sales man Desmond was very helpful. We ran into issues with getting it tinted which I don't recommend using the company they use. The tint company they use is NOT good tint/work. We had to take it back to Audi for correction which they took care of us and got our vehicle re-tinted and accommodated us for the trouble. Joe took care of us! He stands behind what he says he will do and ensures they make it right for the customer. Excellent service.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE|DOES NOT TREAT MILITARY WELL| I've been really struggling to get some help from this dealership. I purchased my vehicle over 3 months ago from this location and I still haven't received my license plate/Tags that I PAID for. I've gone through two temporary tags and the current one has expired. I'm no longer living in Texas so I've called this location multiple time to get a new temp tag mailed to me and I either get a voicemail or no answer. I now can no longer drive my vehicle until Audi sends me either my actual tag or a temp tag. Absolute terrible customer service. Im extremely frustrated and I've left the sales manager multiple voicemails. I will be leaving a review like this every day until this situation is handled.

Worst Dealership ever!!!!Don't use these guys! I was planning on purchasing a truck through my credit union!David/Jose/Fernando all called me telling me I had to send in an identity verification. When I was already approved through my CU.These fools are a joke!! They kept sending me a credit application and said it wasn't filled out completely that they needed my SS. Get me they thought they were going to pull my credit! Don't let these scammers scam someone again! They finally told me if my credit union could wire them the money they would make the sale. I was also trading in my truck. So they wanted a 83k in their hand plus a 42k truck. Why would my CU rely on these dumbass to pay off their loan! How stupid! So the sale failed because my CU didn't sent them all the money plus the trade. These guys are trash They all need to be fired.Took me a whole week to get refunded the money because there cheap asses don't want to wire the money back.DO NOT DO Business with these clowns!Fenando David Jose. All POS!Be aware of these scammers. You don't need a social security for identity check all you need is an ID.I will be taking this to corporate and HR! It's not done yet! Hope this help someone. Don't purchase with these clowns!

Also to mention to my review , Audi El Paso has failed to mention that they created slight damage to my vehicle. When confronted , they denied it, saying I must have done damage to my own vehicle and put it on them (mind you, my vehicle was garage kept and I always park at a good distance to avoid cars being parked close.) But upon looking back at footage , they admitted to it. However there was no resolution on a timeline to get it fixed. I kept asking my service consultant for when I can get my vehicle in and never gotten an answer. The service department manager failed to reach out so we can discuss the options of the time in the incident. Months pass and of course no word. The "scratch" that they mentioned that could be fixed easily, indeed was deeper than what they realize , causing to get it filled , repainted, and new ceramic coating placement. So unfortunately that makes it worse on why I believe Audi El Paso is not worth for your vehicle to be taken for service . Only good thing I will say is having a great service consultant who kept great communication BUT I wish I could've gone to a private mechanic since I know I would not be going through so much money for unnecessary repairs & damages to my vehicle that Audi El Paso has admitted to. Be aware.

Last month I came in twice for 2 different services on my Audi and the customer service here is great. I had the kids with me and they offered to call a ride for me so I can go home instead and when the service is done they offered to pick me up...all free and no charge. I am her again but for an oil change. The Team here is great and they really get to known the customer and your vehicle.

I see why the reviews are so low. This is not a typical 'Karen' case of, "Let me speak to the manager. I'm Not getting what I want". ... This is just horrible service. Cars break down, sure, But no follow-up calls when promised one, false diagnosis with no repercussions, THEN We returned our unfixed Audi FOUR times 1,700.00 in the hole. Finally, the real diagnosis reveals that it is going to cost 7,000.00 to fix. The clincher; after keeping the car for THREE WEEKS they say "We do not have any loaners ". There is no sense of urgency or pride in work. Our lives have been put on hold since April. We are forced to buy a different brand of car because this is the only mechanic in El Paso that deals with Audi exclusively. WE ARE ACTIVELY SPEAKING TO AUDI CORPORATE.

Audi El Paso reminds you of that shady used car dealership that promises you the moon and makes you feel like you're buying the best. In actuality they leave you feeling defeated and helpless!!!Then comes the electrical issues that they can never seem to duplicate. So you start videoing and taking photos to prove your point...with this they admit there is an issue but say there is no permanent fix for now so "unfortunately your Q5 will continue to act crazy". They also promise loaner cars, pick up and drop off but none of that really happens. They never have a loaner available, sorry I don't want an Uber ride home. So they'll drive you home......IN A MERCEDES . True story. Save yourself the stress and money, luxury isn't all it's made out to be!! Go back to American made!!I'd give them zero stars if I could!!! I will admit the service folks are nice as can be as is their new customer service rep, Sonia! The General Manager Joe N. is the sleaziest of them all! Making promises that he's there for you, provides you with his phone number but will NEVER return a call and or text!!Audi has been well aware of the gateway problem for more than an year and they are just now doing a recall on it!!? Crazy!!!!

I will fill in all the details later, but a warning to not take your Audi here for service. I have had relationships with 2 other dealerships in the Dallas are with top notch service. Audi EP does not even come close. After my original review I found some major problems with their service, called to speak with Service Manager and never received so much as a call back. Just recently took my vehicle in for transmission issue and was told on numerous occasions it was fixed to then be told it wasn't. They finally said it needed a new transmission at $15,000. I picked up the vehicle only to find it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. When I dropped it off there were no warning lights and just a minor shift issue. When I picked it up it had a check engine light, transmission failure light, TPMS system failure light and was in limp mode. Totally unacceptable. I have shared this information with Audi USA and will be following up. I own 3 Audis and this experience has me seriously considering selling all and replacing with Lexus. Whatever you do, drive to another dealer (even if 4 hours away) for service. When I got my car home I also noticed my dashcam was missing, my rx sunglasses were missing and the battery had been drained. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and I don't believe their techs really know what they are doing.
