We have always received "more than we asked for" service from this facility. We make sure we have our vehicles serviced as needed minimally as required by the manufacturer. Our 1st visit? Mid to late eighties. . As far as these reviews, any as is purchases made are the responsibilities of the purchaser. Sales people do not know, typically, what's going on with the vehicle! Vehicles come and go! The education, mechanic, office, insurance, drivers, location and equipment all cost, to be able to service your vehicle. The repairs costs are the vehicle owners responsibilities. People invest a lot to be able to provide a service. Do your part, have your mechanic check out the car before you buy, no matter who you buy from. If you do or don't, it's your responsibility. Read up on what is required to pass an inspection, Have it done before your inspection. Or after, either way, it's your responsibility. . Do your due diligence. This family oriented business has been serving the public and assets of the general public for over 30 years while giving to the community. We will be returning again and again for our automotive service, inspection and replacement needs.

I was told by a tire shop that they do wheel alignment for $30ish. After looking at the listings on the site it stated that wheel alignment was $35. I stopped by just to make sure and they informed me that it would be $55. I returned the next day and as they took my car in they ended up telling me that it would be $110 for all 4. I was under the assumption that the wheel alignment would be for all 4 wheels so I said nevermind. I called a shop down the street and they did the alignment on all 4 wheels for $59. Arrow Discount Auto is a scam.

Brought my 2015 silverado to get Ac fixed. They told me the compressor needed to get fixed and it would cost me 1,140. I asked why would it cost me so much if the part needed was only $250 and he was charging me $500 for labor and his answer was "because those are my prices". I ended up taking my truck to Frank's Lucky auto repair and told me it was the condenser not the compressor that needed to be fixed.I only spent $530 in total. Obviously this man was over charging. I would not recommend this place.
