Minus 2 stars for customer service. 3 stars for having some good lines of merchandise. Mizani, Moroccan oil, Biolage, , Nioxin, Crew, Paul Mitchell, Guy Tang, AQUAGE… so that’s nice. Prepare, possibly for an excessively difficult time confirming your license if you don’t have that license in your hand when you set up an account.. She probably wanted me to just leave but I called the license verification person, myself, she didn’t offer that as an option. I already knew they have a number to call and confirm our active license. She made me call myself. I can’t stand people who work in customer service and insist on misusing 5eir power.ALSO, they fail to provide pricing on shelved products so I’m afraid they can jack up a price w/o me knowing so I’ll get pricing before the purchase.

Monica is horrible. She’s unsettling and odd in her demeanor. Gave me issues about my license being expired…just made up an excuse to see my license. She thought I was stealing before I even walked in the door. Said she’s never seen me in her store about 4 times. So I finally asked her if that’s why she was following me from the second I walked in. She said yes. I get it. My large purse threw her off. I felt weird even putting my sunglasses in my purse because she was breathing down my neck. It was a bad shopping experience. She created such a debacle because she was paranoid. She kept calling it her store like she was the owner. I finally asked her if it was her store and she bashfully said no. Don’t make the normal honest customers feel uncomfortable because you’re paranoid about people that steal. Have some tact MONICA. And stop calling people you don’t know honey and sweety. It’s weird.I’ll be back to return my entire purchase. Seriously just don’t feel like supporting these three Armstrong locations in El Paso that Mark owns. Mark the owner could care less that Monica treated me like that. He sits in the office watching the cameras. So you could clearly see I wasn’t stealing. They must deal with theft a lot but no reason to make honest people feel like they do.Typically the nice blonde lady from Yuma Az is the one who is working and helping me. We talk about AZ and her product knowledge is top notch. You could learn from her Monica.

I love getting my hair products at this store because it’s convenient and they have brands they don’t sell anywhere in El Paso. The issue I have is some girls are very rude and follow you around to sell you anything and everything. The exclusivity is over rated, same products we can buy online and cheaper.
