“As far as the booking of a tour and the actual tour... I had an amazing experience. I am still ironing out the details and applying but so far the staff is very helpful. Teri did an awesome job touring me around showing me more than one unit, explaining everything in detail and even taking the time to email me back and forth with my one hundred questions. Apartments are well kept and the outside is really nice as well. I am looking forward to being a resident!”

The person that helped me was Brandon who was patient and helpful when I needed some time to get everything in order so I could move in. I would recommend this place to anyone in particular soldiers who are stationed at fort bliss.”
“I absolutely loved living here! Right from the get go Carlos and Kelly were amazing with working with me on my schedule to move in and get paperwork done. The apartments are even better in person, and maintenance is always on top of whatever needs done. It’s always pretty quiet which is nice for a night owl like myself. If I could give anymore stars I would!”

5848 Acacia Cir, El Paso“Michelle and Johnathan are absolutely amazing and very welcoming. They do their jobs fantastic and never feel guilty about asking questions or needing stuff done. Acacia maintenance men (sorry I don’t know all their names) get the job done once that work order is in. They also educate me on my home as well for me to enjoy living in it. I’ve lived in 3 apartment complexes in my life time. And this is honest the first time I feel heard, secure, and valued at an apartment complex. Thank you again to Michelle, Johnathan, and the maintenance men I’ve met and have worked in my apartment unit. Especially with your guys patience with me. You guys make this apartment complex amazing!!”
“I lived at The Cottages for 2 years and loved it. The staff was so friendly and things always get gone by quickly when it needs repair. I have a small dog so I like all the walking sidewalks and grass areas for the pets. I love the gym at the property. It’s spacious and a good variety of machines for use. I only moved because I moved out of state. If I ever move back to El Paso, I would move back to this property!”

“A very security conscious apartment complex with entry pad activated gates. Lots of parking, although where a guest can park is not designated causing confusion. Refrigerated air conditioning for a worry free summer in the desert. Needs more and better signage to help the exploratory experience. Not everything and its purpose is evident. I would feel very safe living here, especially in that location.”
“Christian was the lease agent that helped me out through out the application process. He is super friendly and attentive. The maintenance people are also very nice and friendly. I submitted a work order and it was taken care of same day.”
“I lived here several years and when Abel was there service was on point. Maintenance was timely and always delivered. The staff was friendly and professional and very easy to work with. I enjoyed my time living at this complex very much, although the floor plan is awkward since the kitchen space is so small but I made it work. The only bad thing I can say is I never got my deposit back and the apartment was returned in tact.”

Maintenance is very responsive and everything works about 85-88% of the time. The apartment tenants are pretty good, sometimes there is noise from the nearby establishments or maybe neighbors, but a nice call to your friendly non-emergency line can will quickly solve your problems”

150 W Castellano Dr, El Paso“I loved my time at Santi, overall. The pool and Elmont were awesome. No pests, clean and simple living space. I will share what i didn’t like: 1. Parking. Consistent non-residents taking up the entire lot and never getting towed. As a night shift worker, I had to park on the street outside of the parking lot every time I got back after 7pm. Unacceptable considering you are supposed to have a Monticello parking sticker to be able to park here. Residents shouldn’t have to risk getting clipped by parallel parking on Castellano. 2. Storage: I am a cyclist, skier, and softball player. This apartment offers NO outdoor storage and if you dare place your bike or outdoor gear on your porch, you will get a nasty gram from management. 3. Maintenance timeline. When I had maintenance issues (fridge leak, shower pressure) they show up without advising you. I wanted to be there to show them the issues and they were never really fixed because it all happened when I was at work. 4. Apartment gym: since they opened the elmont gym, the Santi gym treadmills have been broke for 9 months. The door was also broken and inaccessible with the apartment key fob any time before 10am. I understand the new gym was open, however I should have access to the Santi gym. 5. Overzealous management emails: the fist two days I lived here, I was moving in and left boxes outside my door so that I could collect them and carry them to the dumpster. I got emails with photos of my boxes staying I was violating my lease by placing boxes outside my door. I apologize that I didn’t immediately take all boxes to the trash; however I was moving in and it takes more than 30 seconds to remove all of my boxes. 6. Price: I doubt this will change, but for the price of a 1br apartment I at least expect responsive maintenance, a secure parking lot with enforced towing, and pool area maintenance to include usable chairs, trash cleaned out of the pool area, and pool cleaning on a consistent basis. Again, I overall really enjoyed my time at Santi. But, for the price, I do expect a bit more, and I sincerely hope my review is taken to heart. I’ll be moving back to El Paso soon and would love to make Santi my home again.”

“Living out of El Paso and trying to help my cousin find an apartment that she would be happy with and affordable for me to help her with the costs was difficult in the beginning. That was until we came across this establishment. I was very pleased with the back and forth communication I had with the office, specifically Chris. When it came time to visit and see it in person, I was very happy with the way we were treated. Chris was very patient, knowledgeable and sweet in the whole process. The Reserve at Sandstone Ranch is beautiful itself and has everything we were looking for. Definitely recommending it to others. Thank you.”
