I have been to several yoga places. I have been disappointed by almost all of them. I have not loved any of them. However when I learned and experienced Ananda I found my place. I love this place. All of those who teach. Have experience respect our bodies. Teach us how to become more balanced on the mat and our daily practice. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I’ve lived in multiple cities and gone to boutique studios as well as chain studios (like body bar and core power) and classes at EQUINOX but this is still my favorite place for yoga and pilates.

First visit and pleasantly surprised. The ambience is calming and soothing. I had never done Yoga and this level 1 session was perfect.

Betsy and Gilberto, the instructors and owners, are extremely knowledgeable and encouraging Pilates Instructors. I find that the workout is challenging for all fitness levels and I always leave feeling so much better than when I walked in! I love the small group size, guidance, and zen like environment at Ananda.

Outstanding studio! I have been to many yoga studios but Ananda's is where I have learned the most and grown my yoga practice. The teachers are truly knowledgeable and provide very effective instruction to help you use the proper breathing and alignment during poses. They also help push your edges so you can develop your practice. If you practice yoga, I highly recommend the "Yoga Hatha All Levels" and "Hatha Lev 2" classes. These classes take you through an energizing flow that help you get stronger and more flexible, ignite your inner thermostat, and leave you invigorated. The studio also offers Pilate's classes that I heard are amazing too!

This place is amazing. The environment is peaceful and neutral. Great amenities in the waiting such a hot tea and filtered water. Bown down to all the instructors, because they all are certified, knowledgeable and experienced. During yoga class they offer modifications for poses. All yoga levels beginners and advanced. if you want to advance your practice and be challenged this is the right place to come.

I have been a faithful student of this yoga studio for years. Betsy and Gilberto, the owners, are excellent. I take classes at least 3 times a week and have done so for years. This is a traditional yoga practice and i love it. I will continue attending classes here as long as the studio is open. I read another review where a couple was angry because they were turned away because the wife was pregnant. Apparently they would not even sign a release. If the couple were someone Gilberto and Betsy knew as regular students, and they signed a release, just maybe it would be Ok. However, a stranger to them? No. I am a lawyer and although I am not the studio's lawyer, I think they did the responsible thing to turn the couple away.

I felt love...the most essential purpose of life! The personnel are great, and I believe it all begins at the top or at the root of the founders. They are magficent & humble. The facility is neat and orderly. Overall I felt as if I was transferred to a serene place outside of my familiar environment.

Very much a waste of time. The guy on the phone didn't tell me that I couldn't take the class without some other intro class so I wasted gas driving all the way across town to the place in 5 o'clock traffic to be told they won't let me into the class because I hadn't taken some intro class on Monday or Saturday (two days I would never be able to come on anyway). The teenager at the front desk said he may make an exception to show me the equipment at a different time so I told her to ask him but she said she couldn't til after the class but why would I wait around an hour for a class to end only to be told I may not be able to take the next one. 🙄 so not only is the place inconveniently located but they also have piss poor customer service and an inconvenient schedule. I have $5 that says they probably charge you to take the class that "teaches" you to set up the reformer (as if you brought one with you).

I started going to Ananda, I believe soon after the holidays last year. Often I dreaded going in because I knew the mighty work that would be going on between my body and myself. Never fails. The yoga instructors are kind and dedicated to providing the best yoga experience. You keep up as best you can and only compete with yourself. Kindness to your body as you stretch is the key that is taught here. Betsy and Gilberto, owners, are masters at their craft. I HIGHLY recommend Ananda Yoga Pilates & Wellness! Everyone is knowledgeable, kind and helpful. It is changing my life.
