I recently did an online purchase and received one of the items yesterday night, to be more exact it was 2 items from the Barbie collection. I was excited opening my package until I saw how damaged it was. What manager lets an employee send out an item in this bad condition?! Wow! Really disappointed! I hope my other item doesn’t get here ruined as well!

Melissa and Ruddy were amazing. Not only did they have a lot of attention to detail but they were super helpful. I don’t shop much but this was my best experience in recent history. And the shoes my wife and I got were amazing and super comfortable.

I wish I would have gotten his name but he was such a vibe. I ended up buying 3 pairs of sandals and a super cute pink pearl purse. I was super happy leaving from being able to buy adorable sandals to getting outstanding customer service. I hope you stay fabulous ??

Horrible experience! very rude cashier when checking out, even made me get a shoe to show her the price. In the process of paying, she began belittling another employee right in front of me and other customers. I stood there in complete shock, she then walked away, so I finished my end of the purchase, took my shoes and left.
