I would not recommend this dealership. I know someone that bought a vehicle here less than 48 hours owning it and the engine light came on. The dealership said oh well as is condition. Why buy from a dealership that runs operations like this. Very shady dealership.

****Caution!!*******Stay away from this dealership!!A gentleman named Ernesto sold me a vehicle and lied about the mileage. Said it was 105,000 but in reality it was 223,269 miles. The vehicle is falling apart! Even with a check engine light on.They hid the miles on the truck by deflating the tires triggering the tire sensor to only show a tire alert which hides the mileage.Stay away from this shady dealership!!!!

Good vehicle but the paperwork was sloppy (plates) kept saying one day and changed the day constantly. The lady that handled the paperwork tried the best she could to put the metal plates on . I had to tighten the front plate properly. The car lot has too many chiefs and very few indians.

Shady. This business has two slightly different websites with similar vehicles listed for much less on one website versus the other. You come in looking for a deal you saw online only to find out the vehicle you saw on the website isn’t actually the same as the one they have on the lot and the price isn’t listed either on the lot. I came in to look at an 07 4wd fj cruiser with 145k miles they had listed for $10k on alacanauto.com but when I got there that specific vehicle wasn’t on the lot. However, there was an 07 2wd fj cruiser with 192k miles that they had listed for $15k on alacranautocenter.com . Shady bait and switch sales tactics. Why would a dealership have two different websites with different prices for similar vehicles?

They sell cars that don't work and lie about the car's history. I just bought a car from then and by the next day it left me on the side of the road and I had to pay the towing truck, when I called them they just said they couldn't do anything about it!!??? so I'm 6,000dls short and I still have to pay the mechanic to see what's wrong with it!!!

About 5 months ago they sold me a truck for $15,300. They told me that it pulled very well. I have already invested half of $2,500 more than what it cost me in repairs, first the gasoline pump, then the temperature sensors, the air conditioning system. And now it's the fuse box. Honestly, I don't recommend this place at all. With all due respect, Mr. Rafael and the people who work in that lot are nomad thieves, they serve to sell things that are of no use to people.
