I love going to the Academy of aerial fitness, it is a great place to learn, work out, and have fun. The instructors are very nice and know how to provide modifications if a move is giving you trouble or, like in my case, there are previous injuries that make certain movements difficult. Everyone is very supportive and encouraging and I always leave class proud of what my body was able to accomplish. The classes are small so it is easy to get the instructors attention if you need help or ask questions. The poles have great height and space around them so you never feel like you're going to crash or kick the person next to you leaving you free to move and flow. The same can be said for the aerial room, riggings are nicely spaced so there are no run ins with other students even if you are swinging and spinning on a hoop or silk.I highly recommend trying a class at the academy of aerial fitness whether you are experienced in your apparatus or a beginner wanting to try something new, they have classes for everyone regardless of gender, shape, or size.

I love this place! I've taken pole classes in Austin and NYC, and this studio is by far my favorite. The instruction is very clear and professional. The atmosphere is welcoming, inclusive, and warm, yet challenging enough to keep me hooked. I've personally progressed a lot due to the array of classes they offer and all the positive encouragement I've received. This studio's balance of creativity and fitness is on point. I honestly didn't expect to move back to El Paso and find such a gem.

I booked a private class of 1 hour pole dancing to celebrate a part of my bachelorette and it was sooo much fun. Ana was genuinely nice and she made it super fun. I do recommend doing 2 hours because you can do a more choreographed dance.

I went inside to inquire about the pole fitness services they offer. When i walked in no one greeted me or offered to assist me. I had to scream "helloooo" loud just to get the receptionists attention. When i finally did , all she kept saying for any question i had was "you can look it up on online, everything is online" which honestly annoyed me. How am i supposed to practice in that facility online? She made no sense at all. I asked if i can have a tour & she said to go online so when i asked to speak with someone else , she went to the back & brought another girl who was worse than her. I proceeded to ask her the same basic questions & all she could to do was smile & nod like a robot until i got frustrated with her not responding & said " are you good? Hello is anyone in there?" & this girl says " u can do everything online " at that point i was annoyed & Just left . so now here i am "ONLINE" Lol real funny right? Anyways I posted the pictures of some of the information i seen on a sign they had inside just in case anyone else was curious about what services they offer so you don't go down there & waste your time with thing 1 and thing 2.

This place is heaven on earth! Every time I leave class I am completely satisfied. For years I searched for a gym that inspired me to work hard. Along with the unique workout that aerial gives you there is an amazing community that is very welcoming. I highly recommend this place to everyone

I did children’s aerial for a little over a year here. Felt like i wasn’t making any progress. Anytime a new student would join the beginners class, the teachers put all their attention on them leaving the rest of the students to practice what they already knew. This would be reasonable but it was a daily occurrence and caused us “more skilled” beginners to hardly learn anything new. It left me feeling bored and ultimately caused me to leave. Great place, I just didn’t like the teaching.

Great studio! High ceilings and beautiful poles. Very welcome environment. Good challenging aerial classes. Will definitely return when I visit again.

Background: I visit new pole dance studios when I travel. This is a nice little studio, located inside of the mall (which I, personally, wasn’t a fan, but luckily I did pole and pole studio on the back where people can’t through the clear glass windows). Pro: Poles are tall and classes are small (4-5 people in class). Love that they do different aerial things( hoops, slings, hammock pole) so you can explore and find what you like more. Cons: Communication. No one informed me when I booked the class that I need to wear a mask, so I had to purchase one up front for “nice” price. Also, no one told me that I need to bring my own alcohol bottle to spray equipment and a towel to wipe it. Luckily, the girls in class were willing to share. With that being said, only 3 stars ⭐️ as my one and only experience was a little spoiled.

Since the first intro silks class I’ve taken with karolyn I always felt supported. It’s hard to go into a new class alone and a new activity, but I immediately felt welcomed by karolyn and other people attending the class. I was not the strongest, but karolyn made sure to offer modifications for me so that I can gain strength and still be on the same level as my stronger classmates. Unfortunately, I had an injury outside of the class and can no longer attend but I highly recommend any of their classes!

I attended an Intro to Silks class earlier this week and it was SO fun. It was a great workout. It helps if you have some upper body and core strength - it will be easier to do the lifts and drops! Highly recommend this class if you're looking for something new. The instructor was very friendly and encouraging. She explained how to do everything simply and efficiently.
