Michelle and Johnathan are absolutely amazing and very welcoming. They do their jobs fantastic and never feel guilty about asking questions or needing stuff done. Acacia maintenance men (sorry I don’t know all their names) get the job done once that work order is in. They also educate me on my home as well for me to enjoy living in it. I’ve lived in 3 apartment complexes in my life time. And this is honest the first time I feel heard, secure, and valued at an apartment complex. Thank you again to Michelle, Johnathan, and the maintenance men I’ve met and have worked in my apartment unit. Especially with your guys patience with me. You guys make this apartment complex amazing!!

So far, our experience has been nothing but wonderful, especially with Michelle and the rest of the staff.
99% of my living experience here has been convenient in most aspects! Nearby shopping centers, easy payment method, not too close to the busy activity but not too far to not be able to get to places.

Not really a “luxury” apartment. These apartments are very overrated, old, dated, and only look nice from the outside. Inside you will find non-renovated designs from before the 90s with tiny kitchens and plastic sinks and tubs. Prices keep creeping up year over year and now it’s over $1200 for old designs, cramped and closed floor plans, and fairly disgusting plastic bath fixtures. The management company spends a significant amount of time repainting the outside every couple years to make it look neat, but don’t be fooled because inside is very, very old. The only good thing is that the maintenance here is very responsive, but you will have to be proactive and submit a lot of requests because there’s a lot of things that will need fixing in each unit.

Everyone was really friendly, this is my first apartment but Michelle and Jonathan as well as Albert have all been really welcoming and friendly! Great customer service always looking to help out.

Terrible customer service. We did not feel welcome whatsoever. They should learn how to treat future residents. I am glad we found another apartment complex that knew how to treat us correctly. Management needs to learn how to make people feel welcome. Take your business somewhere else.

They advertise apartments as luxurious, but apartments are very outdated. It takes a few days for them to respond to service requests. Incompetent office staff.
