This place has become one of the most favorites to getting snacks, fuel and drinks to a place that is now welcoming people to just lounge around in its vicinity. It smells like an old bar full of smoke and pee at the same time. I had to walk away and not bother spending anymore time in that place.

I Just stopped by this location yesterday and noticed they were under Renovation but none the less there was a staff worker by the name of Erik with great energy and customer service. If you happen to stop by and see him tell him I said Good Job ??

Female cashier was very rude. My little sister came to pump gas with $20 cash. The pump didn’t work and the cashier kept saying she didn’t recognize her, told her she didn’t pay, and on top of that made her cry. I came calmly to ask what happened/ask for proof my sister was there and paid and she immediately raised her voice at me and told me she didn’t recognize her at all and said she checked cameras and past transactions already.. While the nice lady behind us paid for the $20 we lost, it still didn’t solve the issue of terrible customer service. Have been coming to this location with my mom for YEARS and have never had an issue until now.

I have yet to have bad service or dealt with a rude cashier. Most reviews is what I see the biggest complaint is. It also matters what you consider rude because some people love to get their rear kissed. However I do have one complaint of this particular establishment. It has nothing to do with the service or the cleanliness of the store. Every time I’ve been it’s been great and I’ve moved to the NE in January and this is my gas station of choice. I will say this, every time I have gone there is someone outside asking for money. It’s an eyesore and very uncomfortable to be asked for money. Please do something to keep them off the premises. Trust me this will run your clientele away.

the cashier, whom was male, was completely rude and disrespectful when requesting I get a mask. If you're going to FORCE people to wear a mask, be kind enough to at least give your customers a paper mask. You just lost a loyal customer for good all cause y'all are too cheap to give a mask to someone. Does 711 as a company not care about homeless people? How do you expect the homeless to buy a mask? Shame on your company as a whole & that store location specifically.

Where do I even begin? They are working the employee's like slaves in horrible conditions. The A/C don't work, the store appearance is horrible, not quite even sure what to say when it comes to cleaniness - I am overall disappointed - the employee's are being put through so much bs that it just disgust me. I completely understand why some of the employees have a horrible attitude working for 7/11 who really is not for the employees or its customers.

Encounter chase I need a money order Chase rudely told me to use some new machine I didn't got a voucher and came over to the counter I think her name is I'll just call her the greenhead goblin chase takes the money does not contest it keeps checking to see is it real... The entire time making me nervous he rudely keeps checking and keeps re-counting the money I finally get my money order I do not get a thank you or anything Chase just rolls his eyes at me. Go back the next day talk to Rico Rico says Chase called me right after encounter, I guess greenhead goblin Who in 2019 wanted to jump over counter and attack me because card reader was not working basically told Chase to call him. Rico then says Chase is on medicine. Do not shop here if the 7-Eleven has been hit with counterfeit bills and the staff is not checking to see if bills areOverly start checking when they see black Americans. It is their fault because they should be checking every bill at every transaction thank you

I go here often, mainly for Lottery tickets but I dont think I will be back. Rudest treatment I have received from a store clerk in many years. To begin with, he ignored me for several minutes. Obviously, whatever he was doing on his computer was more important than me. I asked him to please check my tickets and give me replacements. He said: there is a machine right there for that and with a bit of a tantrum he did check them. I said what about my five star line up? His answer was I just told you there is a drawing in progress. Cant you hear? I am elderly and I am not comfortable using the machine right next to the line with COVID 19 and my hearing probably is failing due to my many years in the Air Force but his behavior was unacceptable

The cashier is always rude when I come here this time she told me to put all my items where she can see the barcode but she also made me bag my items and just stood there and watched me lmao excuse me but isn't that your job working in a convince store? Terrible service

My son put $5.00 on his debit card and his account was charged $75.00. Naturally he was upset.Cashier was friendly but in formed me that this was normal when cards are charged at the pumps. She informed us it would take 2 to 24 hours to go back onto his card. It was put back hours later.but this after I complained. I can only imagine how many times this happens and how many overdrafts are charged. I told my son never to get gas at 7-11 again.
