I would put a zero star rating if possible. Night attendant decided to keep my money by never turning on the pump over the weekend. I was in a hurry to babysit granddaughter and catch end of football game. I went back the next morning and the manager was just as rude. I wasn't sure why . I was only complaining. Never asked for refund. Avoid this 7.11if at all possible. Especially at night. My apologies to any employees there doing their job well.

The manager should be let go, as soon as I entered the store felt really bad vibes from her the second I stepped in, when I went up to pay she told me rudely to swipe my card and then she got aggravated when I had to swipe it again, then she cursed and was just had a face like she hated her job. Then there was another customer waiting and made a face and just gave him Attitude as her being the manager of the store she should be not carry that title

Store should be open 24 hours and it’s closed.People came and went store still closed! Update your hours! It’s 6:30am now store still closed! Zero stars

Really bad customer service, the clerks have attitude and get angry that customers show up. Shows online that it is a24hr store but opens at random times and closes by 10pm.

Watch out if you get a slurpie. Got a small one it was supposed to be .99 cents but came up to 1.29. when I asked was told we don't do .99 cents slurpies. Wouldn't walk over there to see actual price. Won't be coming back to this location ever again.

Rude customer service delivered today on Saturday the 8th at the time of 230 pm short haired light complexion old lady of June will never return to this location due to disgruntled employee saying she's tired of customers coming in. Will follow up with manager Monday morning

I was going to buy a case of water and the clerk said I had to bring it into the store from the outside so he could scan it. I am disabled and it would cause me difficulty. The store needs to have the bar code somewhere near the counter so this would not be necessary. The clerk didn't offer to bring the case in for me. He was too busy chewing the huge wad of tobacco in his mouth I guess. Piss poor customer service. I will patronize Circle K from now on.
