I bought a 7eleven thermal cup also and energy drink this Friday. I asked the cashier that if i saved the free refill coupon if i could get my free refill next time, because i was using my cup for my energy drink. He said, "yes". Today my son goes in refills the cup hands the coupon to the manager and he charged the refill. I complained. The manager said the employee was wrong. He never apologized and was not curtious or help full.
