They never have coffee ready and their receipt printers for gas never print. I live right next to it and always have an issue with this place.

Been waiting outside for 15 min its now 9:17pm and they have the doors locked. Every time i come its locked and no one is here I hate this 711

Bad customer service! They never have change so they pocket it. Not just change, Bill's too. Make sure you count your change. Guy at register tried to short change me $5. The inconvenience of having to go back.
