The staff is extremely rude. Specially the older female with with black short hair. Someone needs to come and check their employees. Worst gas station I have ever gone to.

I went to your gas station and entered to buy a drink, and was denied to use the bathroom with the excuse that it didn't work, same thing happened a week ago at another location. There were two cashiers one being a male and the other a female with long brown hair. She was the person I spoke to and had an attitude, I asked where did she use the bathroom? She said next door at the laundry room , I told her I would complain and she said she didn't care. They need to get rid of her.

They have a manager named Sam who is a bully and extremely unfriendly and downright mean to people, I go and purchase EVERY DAY at that store and I dread it when he is there, yesturday he refuse to sell me cigarettes so I went to the other store and when I told them what happened to me some people in line at that store knew exactly who I was talking about and they all said that is why they stopped going to that store was because of Sam. Then the guy at the register said yes every day there is someone who walks in fuming at the way they got treated by Sam, then he chuckled and said BETTER FOR US

The old depressed lady that was working around 4 p.m 3/22/24 was extremely rude. She complained to ever single customer about her needing help with her mental health due to poor management. I stood in line for over ten minutes to put gas while the grouchy old lady at the counter was fighting the slurpee machine complaining about it's beeping noise saying her sanity comes first before anything and the filter on the machine was dirty that's why it won't stop beeping but it was not her job to replace. Finally I get to the counter and she refuses to let me put gas if I don't type in my phone number she threw my money at me ? and says "I can refuse service to anyone I want" I asked for her name to report her behavior and instead had the cops called by the old grouchy lady

The old lady that works the night shift should get herself another job where customers service is not required. She is rude and accuses you for everything. I asked what her name was and she said it was none of my business. It's none of my business, but don't ask for my Id that does have my information on it.

Worst customer service experience ever I was accused of stealing just because I couldn't find chips and was walking around the store after i just took money out at the atm. Then in line when there were people ahead of me. she singled me out demanded my ID I told her I have it and if she can wait till she rang me up when it was my turn then I can hand over my ID because my hands were full. She refused and made a scene in the store and had other customers looking at the cashier alicia wierd for her behavior. Please fix her attitude, I was just a paying customer and was treated poorly for no reason.

The older woman named Alicia is incredibly unprofessional and provides poor customer service. When I arrived at the store I wasn’t able to make a purchase because I forgot my ID, I went back home to get it and let the cashier know I’d be right back. When I returned 5 minutes later she was locking the door, so I asked if they were closing and was told “No but I have the right to take a break and I'm taking it now”. I responded with frustration stating “I walked back home and let you know I was coming right back” she then told me “Well you can wait or go to another store”I was in pure shock.

The old lady who works there was very rude. I walked in and she immediately assumed I was there to steal and told me to put my bag in a corner, even though I had my wallet In my hands. When I picked up my bag to take it to the car because people were coming in and I didn't feel comfortable leaving all my stuff where anybody can take it. she got upset when I walked back in accusing me of taking something. I feel like she should be trained better or at least not be so rude for zero initially readon.

I went in before my sons practice and there was an older lady at the register I got hot Cheetos puffs with cheese except the cheese was looking like cottage cheese and the cheese was taking long to come out. Anyways i get to the register and I let the cashier know I didn’t want to make the purchase because of the cheese, she then begins to tell look at me like if I don’t know anything and proceeds to tell me there is nothing wrong with the cheese it’s fine it’s just when it’s really cold it’s defrosting so it comes out a little clumpy….(Mind you I use to work at 7-11 and I would make sure it was fully defrosted before I would out the bag) I begin to tell her I don’t want it and she got mad charged us for the remaining items we had…. We begin to pay total is 16.10 when we hand her 17 she tells us rudely you don’t have 10 cents? I go to the car and get the 10cents and when I come back in I hear her telling the lady after me how I was just whining about the cheese and that I held up the line for nothing! She said all of this in Spanish thinking I didn’t know! But in all honesty I did tell her if you don’t like your job then quit! I believe certain ppl should work after a certain age I’m not being rude I’m simply saying because lack of manners and patience will not be going back it was a horrible experience and even my kids asked why was she being rude!

The lady working at store #995 is so rude and unprofessional. I walked in and smiled and she was angry and when I paid I did not have a number to put in and she got angry, she proceeded to get a bag for my items then said “Actually you don’t get a bag.” Which I replied to her I would like a bag and she told me the bag was too big for my purchase. One of the worst experiences at a corner store.
