Took my Silverado 2500 for tires and wheels. Rafa provided EXCELLENT customer service. I had a million questions and he was very patient and answered all of them. He was VERY knowledgeable and you could tell he wanted to provide good service and not just get a sale. I am definitely going back to take my wife’s 4runner and I’m definitely going back to speak to Rafa to help me with that process. Shout out to the team in the shop for installation before my scheduled appointment.

I recently took my Toyota Tacoma off-road in the mountains of Colorado, and I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Total Off-Road and More. From the moment I walked into their shop, the team was incredibly knowledgeable, but I have to give a special shout-out to Adrian Diaz. He was instrumental in guiding me through the entire build process, making sure every detail was tailored to my needs.
The upgrades they installed performed flawlessly on the trails. Whether it was navigating rocky terrain, climbing steep inclines, or towing my off-road travel trailer, my Tacoma handled it all with ease. I went to buy a soft top for my 15 wrangler and went in and spoke to Adrian Diaz. He showed me all my options. I ended up going with his recommendation, the Bestop Acent Top. He was very helpful with the ordering of my top and it came in quickly. I would recommend Total off-road and more for all your 4x4 parts and services.

Recently got my Jeep JT regeared to 4.88 at Total off Road. Great Service and prices! Their quote was reasonable and what you expect to see from any reputable off road shop. Other shops in El Paso quoted me a $1000 more. Steven updated and check on the status of my vehicle through out the process. Very happy looking forward to the 500 mile break in process to be complete!

I brought my JK to Total Offroad & More to get a set of hydraulic bump stops installed. I explained to Adrian what i was looking for and i ended up getting a set of king hydraulic bumpstops. The employees here are very professional and definitely look out for the customers. The mechanic working on my jeep also fixed some loose bolt’s and sway bar link that 4 wheel center didn’t care to pay attention to. Great stuff! Definitely coming back!
