Horrible service every time I've stopped to do my laundry here. The machine literally took our money & didn't dispense our laundry card. Like many others no one to help at all. Never again ?

My daughter and I came here to wash to clothes. It was neat, clean, and the people were professional. I didn't like having to buy the card to load money onto, but other than that it was excellent.

Very bad services!! Myriam on of the workers I ask for toilet paper for the bath. She said they don’t provide , to go to the store buy one and bring it to the laundry. When I using there services in your laundry facilities.

It's way overpriced. Upstate in New York. I could get a huge load done for 350. It's more than $5 for 1 large load.

**Do not use this laundry facility unless you have money to throw away.**
This used to be my go to place to do laundry but this will be my last time using their "services". Last few times I encountered that their equipment isn't working properly, especially the dryers. I kept switching to different dryers until I finally found one that actually worked. Today as I'm literally writing this review, I have switched my clothes to yet another dryer because my clothes were not dry and hopefully this one will do the trick. Worst part is, I addressed the issue with the lady attending and she didn't do a report or even put an "Out of Order" sign on the machine as I suggested for others not to end up in the same situation. And though a dollar may not be a lot for some, for some of us, every penny counts and to be dismissed in such a way is just not right. I feel Lone star laundry can do better.

Came to wash 1 load of laundry and I got a new card and loaded 15$ into it. At the end of the transaction the new card came out then said to re-insert to check balance, card read error bad card! Didn't work at not even at the machine either read bad card NO Attendat there no number to call. Just robbed me of my money. Will be filling a report!!

I often come here to wash clothes. Last night I came to wash clothes at 6 o'clock. When I came to dry them at 8 o'clock, I found that my clothes were not in the washing machine. This happened twice. No one took care of it. There was no one to complain to.
