“The staff is always friendly and helpful. As newer Dungeons and Dragons players we've really enjoyed the open games worh Jerimiah. We can also take our 10 year old and he's been very patient with her, and other children, in the campaigns. This is the place to go for table top gaming, and a nice community to help you learn about them! Highly recommended ??”

“I have several items that I purchased from this store. When there something I bought stops working . I go In explain the situation and each time the assistant manager charlotte has stepped up and took care of the concern. You don't find that much anymore. I live in Hitchcock Texas so I have to drive past the tractor supply there because the manager would not exchange a bug zapper because it was seasonal. I had only had it for 2 months on top of taking the extended warranty. Thank you again charlotte for understanding customer service. I will drive to your store from now own. Your much appreciated. I hope your supervisor gives you a raise because you deserve it.”

“My husband has been shopping here for years and loves this store! Recently, someone broke in and stole 2 long boxes of comic books from him. He called Bedrock just before the store opened to see if they could keep an eye out for them. He provided them with a police report number and they put the word out. It did not take long for these two thieves to show up to the Webster location. The staff knew what to do and quickly notified law enforcement. My husband got his comics back and the two thieves were taken away in cuffs. The staff is top notch and knows how to handle these kind of situations. We are forever grateful to them!”
“Came here to get the birthday bear for my twins. The one who personally helped us was very kind, I wish I had gotten her name. The other staff member who checked us out was not very friendly, she seemed like if we were a bother and still tried to sell me the gift cards ( I know it's something they have to ask). Be mindful of how you treat your customers. Overall still a good experience thanks to the lady who helped us❤️ you helped make their day special for them”

The store was very impressive in their selection on not just educational toys/games, but teaching supplies in general. The staff was extremely kind as well I will definitely be shopping more often here. This is a phenomenal store for homeschooling parents of all age groups.”
“It's a full service toy and book store with an enormous selection. Much nicer than any big chain; you must visit all the floors. They have a lot of cool stuff, to include the toy versions of the characters from your favorite children's books. All good.”
