Customer service for online customers is a joke. I guess the boutique is set up to cater the locals only. Not pleased and would rather pay more for better service. I work too hard for my money to not get a response for an exchange.

Poor customer service. My mom was excited to show me this new store. We were the only customers there and the customer service rep didn't speak to us not one time. I won't be returning which is sad because my mom loved the store.
