Did a quick job on a small repair and a 50 hour maintenance. The price in my opinion was way to high. I bent a shroud that I did not notice and it was scraping the pully making noise. They bent it back, and changed the oil..192.00.. that is excessive. So, as a result I will not do business here anymore.

I have been in this store several times over the last couple of years. i am very pleased with the new parts and service manager Shannon. She has been very helpful and seems to really care about the customers when they come in. If you have been for awhile I highly suggest you go in and ask for Shannon

Shout out to all the Scherer Kubota El Campo employees! Hands down some of the best customer service you could ask for! I usually talk to Shannon and she is always super helpful when I call. But I have never had a bad experience with anyone at the store. Good job!
