I know nothing about cars. The owner figured out my problem, spent 5hrs fixing it, and didn't charge me. He even tossed in a couple free parts. Guys like that make America a great place, and that alone makes it worth shopping there!

Chad at NAPA is awesome! We were stranded on the side of the road in a 38 foot RV. We needed parts and assistance. Chad went out of his way, including calling personnel friends, to help us when no one else would! God bless him.
