Worst customer service. My phone got wet and I needed a new one but I wanted to keep my same number so I made the mistake of coming to this store for service. I had to pay almost $200 for a supposedly free phone and tablet. They changed my plan and told me it would be $50 a month same as before. The guy I spoke with told me to contact him before my next payment to make sure everything was ok. Bottom line is that he lied constantly and gave me the runaround for several weeks and finally stopped answering my calls. I was overcharged and had to go through another avenue to correct the situation. Unprofessional. He didn't even give me the receipt for the transaction and he kept saying he would send it but never did. I gave one star because they didn't have anything lower.

Abdul was an amazing salesperson and provided awesome service. He worked with my budget and explained everything in terms I could understand.

Every time you make changes or buy something they charge you extra. They pocket what they charged you extra. Sometimes it's more than 30 dollars. For example, a tablet should cost $45 with it activated and they charge $80. We made a change in the plan and they charged us more than $100 more than what they owed since when we called on the phone they told us what it should cost but when we went to the stores they set the price they wanted. At Wharton they are the same. Thieves.

I literally hate this guy so much he is pushy and tries to upsell everything. He tries to charge for services that dont even have a charge. Go to the one in Wharton. The girl there is nice and helpful and does not charge you for things that metro doesnt charge for.

Wish being a metro customer already...had the perks of buying a upgraded phone was more affordable. And replacing a sim card didn't cost the same as when you bought your first one.
