Three weeks ago my husband’s dr prescribed a medication but H‑E‑B pharmacy didn’t have the compound meds. By the time HEB got it, another medication had been prescribed & purchased. I told H‑E‑B staff we no longer wanted the medication. Then last week a notification states a prescription needs to be picked up. I bought it but we were confused so contacted his Dr who explained what the med is for. It’s the same med we had refused. I had no idea they sold me a medication no longer needed & had been refused weeks ago. NOW, H‑E‑B pharmacy staff states, though the seals are still intact they will not take it back. This was not our mistake & are out extra $$$. I want H‑E‑B pharmacy to make things right.

Poor selection--items hard to find with new coolers being installed. This store is always short of healthy food options, but today it's particularly bad. I wasted my time even walking in the door. Drive to HEB in Rosenberg instead.

Our 100%dependent, severely disabled daughter has been a customer for close to 20 years. Over a mix up getting her script filled this weekend, we were denied loaner meds to make it to Monday, hung up on, called liars, blamed for THEIR mistake by the manager and another pharmacy employee. They let us go as customers with no remorse, uncaring, no compassion and put my daughter's life in jeopardy!! The head pharmacist is a bully! 2 years ago? This would have never happened!!!!

HEB Curbside is normally great! I have been using it for almost 2 years. Today this rotisserie chicken was supposed to be for our dinner. This should have never even been placed in the container to sell.

Was told they would have my prescriptions ready at a certain time and showed up any extra 20 minutes past time given then was told to come back an hour later. Wouldn’t be a big deal but I live 25 minutes away from the HEB. Lady that helped me didn’t seem to care much. I guess she doesn’t care about her customers. I am changing to Walgreens

Overall a decent store. Nice pumpkin display when you walk in. Props to Darlene for helping me find something I had been unable to find. Thanks!The person working seafood seemed put out with me. I bought 4 catfish fillets and I felt like I was putting the partner out. I had a pleasant experience just wish the seafood partner had been more personable

The store is pretty good for the most part. Produce is good and fresh. I bought some guacamole today. Not too good. It's the 3rd time this had happened. It has some strange taste to it. I think whoever is making it doesn't even taste it. Strange taste almost as if they used PARSLEY instead of CILANTRO. For about $6.00 I would expect it to taste authentic. It has before!

Will not be going back for one reason and one reason only. You can't fit a car seat in their carts. So if my daughter is sleeping or gets sleepy while shopping I'm stuck trying to carry a car seat or baby AND push a cart. All they need is to get rid of that stupid front cart on some of them at least.
