Over the holidays, between Christmas and New Years of 2022, our baby pig suddenly got sick. She was about 10 weeks old. As my vet had recently closed, I looked up vets in El Campo. This clinic was listed as the 3rd one. I started with number one and went down the list. The first 2 wouldn't even try to see her. She would have died without help. This vet called me back and saw her that same day. He got her back on the mend. If he hadn't seen her, she wouldn't have made it. The cost was also more than reasonable. We will be going back to him with all of our animals.

Do not take your fur babies here. If I could leave 0 I would. Horrible human beings, horrible service. First time I had to go in, was because we found a dog, lady saw the tag, and told me to take it to animal shelter because it was not one of her clients, and she would not help a "strange animal", would not even tell me where the other place was. FYI, we found the owner . Second time and last... I have a dog that hates being in a "confined". Had broken wooden fences, jumped fences, broken windows, doors, tear wired fences... you name it. got out for the 1001th time, and a car hit it. Since we just moved and live like a block from here, went in. The guy would not even look at her because he is not the "regular vet". Well we just moved here and have not had a need for a vet... And the old lady at the front desk was rude. anyway, DO NOT TAKE YOUR FURY BABIES HERE. Especially if you are new in town or visiting, looking for a new vet, have a new puppy, or for any reason at all. FYI. Took my baby down the road to coastal plains, they took great care of both of us, have all the equipment at hand (x-ray, ultrasound, blood testing equipment...) awesome people, and was not as expensive as I had expected. My fur baby is recuperating, and they kept in touch and called/texted to check on us

Dr. Dornak treated our Hawaiian Black Ram when he had an injured front leg. I had tried to find a veterinarian who would see him and Dr. Dornak was the only one who would. He was so professional and thorough with this untamed ram. I will be using him from now on for my pets!

Great experience. Took my little bit in right away didn't have to wait. He examined her and explained everything to me that was going on and what I needed to do. He even loaned me a carrier to bring her home. I felt comfortable with him and his receptionist they were both upfront with what my baby needed. Treated her like if she was their own. Very reasonable compared to other clinics I've been to. Definitely recommend this clinic.

We were passing through El Campo today on our way to Matagorda for the weekend. Our little rat terrier was having an issue with one of her ears. Being afraid it could be an ear infection, we decided to try to see if we could get a Vet look at her. A real shot in to dark to think we could get in on short notice. Dr. Dornak answered the phone and said bring her right in. He saved us a weekend of worry! He put some ointment in her ears and she is doing fine. Thank you Doc!!

Worst experience in customer service. The lady at the front desk was very rude. Seemed that something prior made her have a bad start to the day. Smile, be happy and welcome potential customers. If you are the first person who is responsible to greet customers at least make them feel welcomed. Definitely bad first impression. Taking by pets else where.

Dr. Dornak is very knowledgeable. He always takes the time to explain the animals illness, or the procedures he is performing and why. They are very friendly and their lobby is always spotless. They go "above and beyond" for their fur patients and the worried humans that bring them in.

Our family has used this clinic for years. The veterinarian and his staff are very caring and knowledgeable about both small and large animals. He has provided both our pets and livestock with preventative healthcare & checkups as well as after - hours emergency care. I usually bring my children with me when I take our pets in for their checkups and the entire staff is friendly, helpful & professional. They carefully explain what they're doing to my curious children and are patient, kind and gentle with our pets. We have truly received 5 star treatment at the El Campo Vet Clinic.
