My mom was in need of a wheel chair, but luckily their employees helped me get one through my mom's insurance. It was so easy, all I had to do was contact her doctor and it was all set! Great place.

I always check out reviews of companies before shopping. Had a terrible impression about this company before heading there but I'm so glad my experience was much different! The lady that helped me was very polite and patient. Very thankful for the great service.

The customer service at this place is horrible. They don’t take responsibility for their actions. They sold “sterile gauze” with expired yellowed packaging to a family member. I pointed out that they had expired and she tried to take them back, all within 20 minutes and they refused to refund her. They took them and gave her another package of cheaper product but did not refund her the difference. When I called to speak to them the lady “in charge of sales” said she isn’t responsible for the expired products she sells. She refused to allow me to speak to anyone else in charge or provide their name or contact information.

This company deserves a negative rating: not even one star. As a consumer, do not use their business unless you want to be frustrated. Due to an error by an employee, Medicare would not reimburse them so they charged the family anyway when it was their mistake even though the property was returned as promptly after their phone call. The customer should not have had to pay for their mistake! Bad customer service. Avoid this company!

Poor customer service contact twice first time out for a delivery for 2 hours called 3 hours later still out for delivery. No call back. No one at the store during business hours needs customer service skills training. Don't use your valuable time dealing with this company.
