I waisted two hours for the sales rep Bry to tell me I was only doing activation for 2 phones instead of 4, and her manager consuela was very rude and not helpful at all. I would not recommend going to them for phones or service. The young lady who unsuccessfully helped was ignored when asking questions, and the consuela chick acted like she didn't want to help because I was black. Everyother customer that was white or Mexican got exceptional service, even smiles. She wouldn't even look my way or speak directly to me..

Terrible service. Went to switch from another carrier, explained hotspots are very important to us. They said it all will work fine. Paid the $165 of service charges, then the hotspots didn't work. They refused to give us a refund and was rude. I would not recommend cricket.
