I should have written this a few months after I took my dog here. All I can say is my dog hasn't been the same since getting groomed here. Only God knows what happened when I wasn't there!!! So all I can do is pray that what goes on in the dark will come to the light when it comes to this company. I had an ill feeling when I walked inside and I should have just left!! please be careful when it comes to bringing your pet to this company. I'm only speaking on my experience, which I have every right to do. Blessings.

Always good with my two Chihuahuas. I've been taking them for a nail trim for close to a year now. They're always friendly and take great care of my buddies. I wouldn't take them any where else.

We have 2 standard poodles, 40 lb. 8 yr. old "red" female from Arkansas, and 70 lb. 10 yr. old black male from Virginia, our indoor/outdoor Galleria and ranching kids. We've had really bad grooming results for years living in Houston after trying several groomers. 3 or so years ago we discovered Country Pets in El Campo near our hunting camp, use them exclusively for grooming and always extremely pleased with the results. They follow our instruction and actually perform the cuts we want. This past week, we had them boarded for 4 days, very reasonable boarding costs, clean establishment, pick em up, bathed, clean, and best cuts ever on both Lili and Mongo. Not the best of pics, but the best of cuts yet!

We have been going to Country Pets for about 3 yrs. & have always been pleased with them & our Prince just gets all excited when he gets to go there. They do a great job.

Staff very welcoming, my dog was in great hands. He never looked and smelt so nice! I will definitely bring him to again to get his doggy spa with our new friends.

The only reason they get one star Is because it's makes me to post this . The most rudest lady I've ever came in contact with !! I had been once before and the two girls(the groomers) were so nice but this time the lady behind desk was a monster .... I have told several friends and they have not been back either . Be cautious with this place and your choice to take your fur baby here . I would not trust her with a dead buzzard

The groomer who clipped my Pekingese did a very choppy, unprofessional job. They shaved nearly to the skin between her eyes, looked like a hole! Wouldn't even give me a partial refund for the botched job done! Beware....Well, I got my refund after I sent pictures and had my daughter take my dog in to show the owner. Even after seeing my dog first hand she argued that her groomer didn't do this to my dog and that the razor burn left from clipping to close must be an allergic reaction to something or from a dog collar! First, my dog has never had any allergies to anything, second, she hasn't worn a collar in at least 5 years! Owner demanded I remove my review because it was bad for her business, well she should have thought about that when I first called and asked for a partial refund instead of insinuating I was a liar and her groomer couldn't have possibly clipped her like that! My review stands!
