“This review is for a woman named Ashlyn that works at brookshires. I’ve taught my employees when they are coming to work or leaving work if they see something that needs to be fixed of trash that can be picked up just do it. Most people don’t. Ashlyn on the other hand walked through the parking lot saw a grocery cart that was not where it was supposed to be she grab it and on the way to put the cart where it belonged she picked up a piece of trash on the ground and put that where it belonged. Most people walk by others trash like someone else is responsible for it but ashlyn obviously loves what she does and has pride in what she is. Congrats to you for being a better human than most! Keep it up!”
“It is a small place but with many things you may need. It is neat and clean. Everything for fishing, such as live bait, they also have liquor, drinks, snacks, ice cream among many other things. The service is excellent and they help you with everything you need. If you are in the area and forgot something to fish, eat or spend the day, this place can get you out of trouble. Recommended!”
“You know you can't beat the prices at Brookshire's. I travel quite a bit and I noticed that their gas and diesel is pretty Reasonable. So I pull in to save me a little money for the next day when going home thank you brookshires”

“As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with kindness & delight from Brittany & Michelle. They were so friendly! They should teach customer service to any place!I think the store is nice & clean as are the bathroom and outside areas.????/10!!!”
“Want to shop somewhere where you'll be treated like family? This is your spot. Owner, Judy, is the sweetest person alive and will take good care of you. I bemoaned the fact that, though she sold Carnival cigarettes, she didn't sell menthols, which is what I smoke. She started carrying them just for my husband and I (he smokes them, too). She charges a reasonable price for them, too! Now that's service! Don't shop at that OTHER store (you know the one) where they don't know the meaning of customer service. Drive a few more feet down and shop here. Tell Judy that Rian sent ya!”

“Left my keys inside running truck at the diesel pump island and I asked cashier to see if someone could explain how to use the kit opener they sell but instead I was helped by Gary and Nathan. They knew what they were doing and less than 20 minutes they unlocked my door, didn’t have to buy the tool kit and was sent on my way with grace. Beautiful humans Gary and Nathan. May they have happy shifts and good health. Cashier was a sweetheart too she initially tried to get me a hanger. I have been there a couple of times and always treated well and premises kept well.”
“Would've given 5* but upon looking I almost didn't stop... Yet again looks can be deceiving which definitely applies here. Clean bathroom♀️ well stocked selection of snacks, drinks, local goods while stopping for gas.”

“Place is impeccably clean. Staff was super friendly. Showers were CLEAN and AMAZING!! DON’T pass this exit and go to the travel center 6 miles down the road (west). Trust me. Light years better especially for automotive roadtripping. This one is the one on the top of hill.”

“Wife and I stop in for a late lunch. Had 1/4lb with pepper jack cheese, the works. One of the best burgers, I have ever had. Great frys and onion rings. Will be back.”
