Lady in the white shirtI went in on June 6th.. I asked for help and this lady in the white shirt, I’m assuming the manager, said she’d help me.I needed help with drill bits. She didn’t know where anything was and 20 seconds into “helping” me look, her phone rang, and she just walked off.With service like this, I might as well go to Lowes!!

Use to like going there, but no more. They have high prices and an unfriendly atmosphere. The checker was very short with customers. I'm done.
