Tellers are mostly courteous. Bankers come across stuck up and snobby, as if they are doing you a favor by helping you. Maybe they should be reminded that they have a job because of us (their customers). Most of them barely know the business. No initiative to learn more and be more efficient and helpful to customers. And if they do know more, they come acros as condescending. I may try another branch to see if they are any better. Best of luck.

Not satisfied at all had to wait longer than usual and there was a teller that had no customer yet did not attempt to assist a customer just said "we'll be right with you"

They take long to assist you. Sometimes they talk to the customers longer, then they should about there personal life. While other customers wait.

Beyond upset with this location at university, i go to update my info with all my documents, due to covid i they can’t help me without an appointment BUT they make copias to have it ready when i come back. Well i set up my appointment i show up and NOW THEY CANT HELP ME BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE COPIES OF MY DOCUMENTS, really??? So much for helping me taking my documents ahead of time to make it easier…i dont think i will coming back for a 4th time to this location

Had terrible experience when my wife and I went to open an account. Instead of being welcomed, the first word that was spoken to us was “I see you’re 5 minutes late” mind you we were wait for a whole 5 minutes before we could get any help.Once we were seated, the employee assumed we had little money to deposit and provided us with options we didn’t ask or interested in. Clearly, we were being profiled. I stayed calm and told the employee exactly what I wanted and processed everything in peace. That was the last time I stepped my foot in to this branch. If possible, go to a different branch and save yourself from this nonsense.

Absolutely horrible service the bank teller (Sherry Cantu) either didn’t know how to cash a check or didn’t feel like doing it. She told me, she couldn’t cash my check because my account was too new and needed me to deposit it, so I took my check and drove to the Wells Fargo on Trenton, where they easily cashed my check. #horribleservice

The atm didn't deposit into my account...many complaints later and they still haven’t resolved anything. I told them to check the camera and they said that’s not what they do. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Love the customer service at this branch, the staff is always so helpful and ready to answer any questions I may have. They always greet you as soon as you walk through the door. It is a smaller branch and lines can sometimes get a little long but the wait times are never outrageous like at other banks. I love the location of this branch as well, so close to so many things and I don't have to travel out of my way to make a deposit or get some cash.
