Consistently the worst WF I’ve been to. Unprofessional staff and excessive wait times. Nothing is easy here. Looks like this is a long-known issue that does not get resolved. Would suggest going to a different branch or bank altogether.

I've lived close to this bank for 5 years and this drive up atm has only been in service a handful of times. I keep forgetting that this atm never works and always have to go to the one on Nolana. Do better Wells Fargo. There's no reason for an atm to be out of service for 5 years!

What a terrible place and rude people that work there. A supposed banker woman told us we had to wait 30 mins in case her next appointment didn’t show up. Why could she not help us during those 30 mins prior to her appointment? Let me tell you why. Because she wanted those 30 mins to chat with another employee who was doing nothing other than standing around. Mind you, I’m already a customer so it would have taken her not even 10mins to help us. Unprofessional people.

Came to open a business account, and there was nobody at the lobby to put me on the waiting list. I asked the lady at the front desk, and she said I needed to make a line at the tellers to do that. I want to add that I've been with WF since 2015, and these Mcallen locations are getting on my last nerve.

DO NOT go to this bank or there ATMs! They take forever to see you and never have sufficient staff! I went for a claim since their outdoor ATM got my money and turned OFF on me when depositing cash and the money did not deposit to my account! They refused to reimburse me my money till the claim is resolved! My money was taken by the ATM and the machine is now working, but my money is not on the account! How can they let this happen if they supposedly have cameras! they should have better technology or not have that ATM if its not working properly!! Plus I received an email saying there was an error when making the deposit. Called customer service and still the claim has not been fixed!! They keep on saying that its the third party company that has to resolve it, well whether its a third party or not the ATM says Wellsfargo!! I keep on calling this bank and they never pick up the phone! I went to speak to the manager and the manager refused to see me. Terrible service they don’t understand your situation. They don’t even deserve a 1 star! Think twice before trying to go with Wellsfargo!

I came early in the morning trying to apply for a commercial loan. Waited for about 25 minutes, everyone was goofing off and laughing, while I was the only one waiting to get assisted. Something needs to change around this branch. Taking my service somewhere else for now.

Showed up on a Saturday around 11:20am with the lobby closing at 12:00pm to open new accounts. I was actually turned away being told that I need an appointment. Employees were very rude and made us feel like we were bothering them instead of approciating the business. Will definitely close the accounts i currently already have open.

On October 24th 2022 , my vehicle was damaged by the drive up ATM machine door, it suddenly opened with the wind. I followed up with wellsfargo and their claim department, claim was denied. They blame the company that serves the ATM, called them directly and claim was also denied, because the ATM is wellsfargo property,and a defective latch was reported before the incident,I wrote back to wellsfargo and no response till today. No more drive up ATM for me. I walk to use the machines now. And definitely try to avoid this branch.

Very dissatisfied I kept calling for over two hours and all I got was the recording that the branch couldn’t answer phone calls at that time, I was on the line and there was not back up I waiting for over an hour an half, and I had to leave because there was a lot of people on the line. Then they gave me the excuse because they were verifying someone else’s check and I ask so because you verifying a check the whole banking system stops!!! So done with wellsfargo

I love banking with wells fargo. I have been with this bank since I lived in WA state. Thats why I think they deserve at least 2 stars. But the wait in line in the drive thru is insane. 1½ hours and still waiting...UPDATE:Now that the pandemic has passed (we are now june 2022), I love coming to this bank. As soon as you walk in through the doors, youre greeted, and there are always 2 or 3 tellers assisting customers. Even if theres a line, it goes quick. Even my 6 yr old doesnt mind us coming because he knows its fast.Sorry about the previous rant (above), I guess it was just the whole covid mess.
