I go to Walgreen’s all the time pharmacy is awesome but Annette in the photo department was very rude profiled me. I was there for a passport photo and the gesture she was making her facial expressions and the lip smacking very unprofessional. I was told my shirt was not dark enough so I went and grabbed one to purchase of the rack and hanged on to the box it came in and she told me I had to pay for it. I said yes I will pay for it when I pay for my pictures I shop here all the time I have my card on file she smacked her lips gave me the side eye and turned around and took the picture. I told my son. Go get my prescriptions and pay for the shirt while I wait she was giving me attitude the whole time. I asked if I can have a digital copy she told me it’s in your email with an attitude. I went to the pharmacy to see if I can pay for the passport photo but my son was fine so we headed to the register. I waited as no one was there. The guy finally got there and the first thing he said was You need to pay for your shirt. Lol. I said I already paid for it. Do you need to see the receipt? He said yes I said here you go. He said it says leggings. I told him I don’t know what to tell you. We gave them the box. I asked for the complaint number and he couldn’t find anything and no one could give home one. So I googled it. So basically I was profiled to be shoplifting a $16 shirt. Lol. Sorry but they don’t need to be rude and the guy did say that they told him on his ear piece about the shirt. Obviously they were not watching us because it got paid for and they just don’t know how to read their own stuff. But they lost a customer here. Thank you Annette and the Cashier guy

Horrible experience with your specials that are being advertised in store; representative stated need to download the app to honor it which I did and then the app kept glitching. I wasted 15min of my time this is suppose to be a convenient shopping experience went to your competition thanks.

8/27/23 - Worse Pharmacy employees and pharmacist in the area, they do not care for their patients.Went there today with about 10 minutes before their lunch and was told they didn't have one item from my RX. They told me I could check with another Pharmacy if I wanted it today or they could order it and I would receive it in a day or two, they were rushing me, and the Pharmacist was standing right behind the employee not even trying to help... she obviously doesn't care for the community she serves. I told them my 4 yo needed the treatment in 8 hours and we needed the RX now, they told me they were about to close and to drive around, when I did come back around they told me to go to another Walgreens but didn't fill the Rx with the items they did have, I told them I'd go pick up the item they didn't have from the other pharmacy but why didn't they fill my order for what they did have and they told me they were going to close.... The employees and pharmacist at this location, on this day, care more about their lunch, than filling RX for my sick child, this could have been any one's child in the community. Do yourselves a favor and find another pharmacy that cares for their patients and values the fact we're the reason they have a job.

The photo department has the most friendly and knowledgeable staff - Andy, who patiently helped us, using all methods to get the work done. He is such a blessing!
