I went at 5:10pm on 8/24/23 and homie was so rude. I went in to submit a phone I’m trading in, the Verizon worker from bestbuy told me to go to a Verizon store. So I explain that to this guy working at this location and first thing that came out of his mouth was, “Well that’s wrong.” He didn’t even attempt to walk me through the process. Very unprofessional service

Worse experience at this location the guy Daniel had disconnect my watch and was charging to get it connected back good thing I went to another Verizon got it fixed real quick this guy should not be called manager...

Daniel was amazing! He walked me step by step on my upgrade on my Verizon App and set me up with my new phone. ?? Great customer service! Thank you so much

Very nice customer service, Martha the manager was a great help and very patient with me as I had so many questions about the verizon app and she fully answered everything in detail. I would recommend this store and I will definitely be making business with them again.

Get told to buy a screen protector that 100% if anything happens to it they replace it for free, we’ll they don’t honor that no more, it’s only been about 4-5 months. Then to activate a phone cuz the phone I bought from that same exact store that they upgraded me to has technical problems they want to charge me to activate it.

This Verizon store has the worst employees that give you the worst service the have excuses for everything and it comes up that they cannot help they should close that store down there’s never customers anyway
