The store personnel Mr Daniel was very helpful and friendly to communicate with. Options and promos were explained prior to us deciding what steps to take. The product we preferred was ordered and delivered on time with updates given . The trade in and transfer took a reasonable amount of time . All in all , the process went smoothly.

Was going to upgrade online but figured I'd go pick up in person. I knew what I was going to be paying with my trade in since I had done the process online. Come to find, because of a small nick on the corner of my trade in's screen the rep only gave me around $60 for my S22 ultra š” instead of the full credit. I could've sold that phone myself for more but I was already there. I had the deal done and I was paying $49.00 for everything online but at your store the rep wanted to charge close to $200 just to add a screen protector & case. Not returning next time due to this.

that new lady with no experience is definitely the worst. Couldnāt help my husband and so rushed to go home, not service we expect Verizon!

Talked with a Verizon rep on my phone issues and he sent me to this store saying I would get a free phone and would need to trade my old one in. I was at this Russel store and a young lady with not much experience helped me, got me the new phone, and was helping with transferring info and apps from old to new phone. They didnāt tell me the charging system was not included or even ask. I drive several miles and have to return because my existing phone charger doesnāt fit my new phone. I arrive and asked about the charger for the new phone. $75 dollars for a phone charger! Really? All the phones I have gotten in the past have come with a charger, and they hadnāt even asked if I would need a charger since the charging system on the new and old phone were different.

I went at 5:10pm on 8/24/23 and homie was so rude. I went in to submit a phone Iām trading in, the Verizon worker from bestbuy told me to go to a Verizon store. So I explain that to this guy working at this location and first thing that came out of his mouth was, āWell thatās wrong.ā He didnāt even attempt to walk me through the process. Very unprofessional service

Worse experience at this location the guy Daniel had disconnect my watch and was charging to get it connected back good thing I went to another Verizon got it fixed real quick this guy should not be called manager...
