I stopped by with question about my account. 2 ladies working, 1 with customer. The other lady left the front, went to the back, returned to pick up laptop and returned to back room. No one said hello, can I help you or we'll be with you. Totally ignored. Do I left.

DO NOT GET VERIZON if you live South Texas they do not have there own tower they barrow from AT&T I am 25-50% of the time in SOS 🆘 it says move your phone and search for a satellite. They have already send and extender and discount my bill from time to time just to make me happy but what would really make me happy is if they would build there own tower and stop using other companies. If you’re looking for a phone service plan do go with Verizon. Heads up

Roberto is very help and nice has soooo much patience and really deserves a raise idk about any of the other workers there because they don't really help you with your problems but everytime Roberto is working my problems have gotten solved

Horrible experience. I wanted to trade in my phone and get a new one. The person who worked there ordered one without asking about the phone storage or shipping address. I asked him about the offers for trade-ins, but he appeared to know nothing about them. So I decided to do that myself on the web store and asked him to cancel the order he placed. When I got home, I found that he didn't cancel his order, and I had to call customer service for over an hour to try to solve the problem and with no luck (UNBELIEVABLE, they just can't cancel an order!). He also changed my phone plan without asking me.

ASHLEY B!!! she was really helpful!! She treated my husband and I with all our questions and concerns. Not only was she helpful, she didn't make us feel like regular customers. She didn't turn us away by saying \\\"everything is done through customer service on the phone\\\". She went above and beyond and I highly recommend her for anyone with questions or concerns about your plan, phone, and recommendations on other devices. She made sure we were taken care of.
