This entire office is unorganized and not helpful at all. The provider tells you one thing and they schedule ypu for something else. They give you an appointment and make you wait more that 2hrs to be seen and that's with an appointment. The staff is extremely unorganized. Every time I've been here I'm seen by a different provider. Don't bother coming here at all.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Nilda Rodriguez answered all of my questions and doubts. Waiting time was not long. They’re also open on Friday and Saturdays which is great too.

Wife has been trying to get prescription refilled for three days now for needed high blood pressure medication. They just keep telling her the provider is busy and will look at prescription refill request from the pharmacy at the end of the day. Three days in a row of the same excuse and we can’t get the medicine from the pharmacy until they approve the refill and they tell just keep telling us the provider is busy seeing patients and can’t look at the request.

I was given allergy medicine that I didn’t need for a condition I was born with. Turns out I have a deviated septum. I went because I had chest pain. I threw away money I don’t have.

Definitely not recommended
Had an appointment with my daughter at 9:15 and it is 11:30 and still waiting service is terrible if you have options please just look for another clinic and save your self a bad experience, or just be prepared to waste half of your day in the waiting room looking at their long faces if I could give them less than 1 star I would plus they don’t have a hand wash station on the waiting room

They send you to get tested at other places all they do at your next appointment is charge you and then they read you what the test says you got and that's it ?

This is one of those drive through clinics where they do the absolute bare minimum and have zero courtesy. The np comes off as very incompetent and dull in the head. Don’t expect any personable service or a custom tailored experience. These kinds of clinics exist bc our infrastructure in hard to reach places is garbage.

The only reason I came here was because the great reviews, but now that I have been a patient for a couple of years I would not recommend this health care office. Firstly they never answer anything such as the phone or emails or even the portal to message the office. It has never been like this but recently it has changed. The NPs do not care if you have any worries they just send you away with different medications and no blood work or no referral to see anyone after visiting the clinic constantly. I had to go to the ER multiple times since the medication the NPs prescribed did not work. I used to have a great experience at this clinic but now it has changed for the worst. Please find another clinic that actually listens to your concerns.

Took my mom here because she was vomiting green and in excruciating pain in her stomach and all she got was a urine test and blood work done. I asked if they could give us an idea of what was going on and they said no they just treat the symptoms (which the medication given was of a UTI) and to go back in a week for blood work results. My mom ended up in the hospital that night and has spent 5 days and counting getting treated in the hospital. She didn’t even get pain medication or anything. How was she supposed to go through a week of pain and vomiting. It’s just terrible. I don’t recommend this doctors officeUpdate: My mom required major surgery for a bowel obstruction. This could've been a very serious outcome fortunately my mom asked to go to the ER that night. She should've been sent for scans immediately. Not treated for a UTI. My biggest fear was a ruptured appendix or gallbladder and they didn't even check for any of that which was her symptoms were in line with.

My husband chose to go to this doctor about 2 weeks ago for chest pain, dizziness, trouble breathing. They did blood work and EKG and told him to return for the results in a week. During that week of waiting he went to the ER twice and the second time was rushed to the heart hospital. Turns out he had a really bad case of COVID, to the point they thought he was going to have a heart attack. Now that it’s passed and he’s home he still has some COVID symptoms. This doctor did his FMLA paperwork and gave him 6 weeks before returning to work due to the nature of his job (being outside in the heat, lifting heavy objects, driving company vehicles etc). He is feeling better so asked them if he could return to work next week instead. Mind you, his normal days off are Sunday-Tuesday so he basically just asked if they could put that he can return to work Wednesday. And he ASKED them because they are ultimately his health care providers so they should be the ones to say if he is capable or not. They instead cleared him for Today August 25 after he explained he still had some symptoms. So he now has to work tomorrow when he doesn’t feel completely ready. He asked if it could be corrected because he doesn’t think he’ll be ready tomorrow and the manager was being completely rude and cutting him off when he was speaking. She didn’t even let him explain all the symptoms he still has and instead she said “we can’t let you be off of work just because you have a headache”. I couldn’t even believe how someone working in healthcare and a MANAGER was speaking to one of their patients the way she was, her name is Vanessa Cruz. And I know COVID affects everyone differently but he got so sick to the point he was in the hospital for a week. He was on oxygen, his heart was constantly monitored, if that doesn’t tell you how bad it was then I don’t know what does. It doesn’t make sense that they will clear him for 6 weeks then won’t even give him the extra day (tomorrow) all of a sudden and then be so rude about it. And they didn’t check him or ask him questions about how he was feeling or anything so they just wrote todays date. She just kept yelling at him “We already did the paperwork and we’re not gonna change it because we can be investigated.” So I ask what happens if something happens to him at work tomorrow and they investigate and ask for his chart stating that he is medically fit to return? There is NO chart. Because not a single person checked even his vitals, he went to ASK if it was ok for him to return in a week instead of 6 and instead was treated in such a poor way It’s so ridiculous that they’re supposed to be his primary care but are being so uncaring. He will go to work tomorrow and if God forbid anything happens we will see what to do from there but he is definitely not relying on this office for future care.I hope the doctor is made aware of the how the manager talks to her patients and just signs papers without even checking the patients first. According to the manager she said she was relaying everything directly from the doctor herself and she would have the doctor call my husband back. I hope that is not the case because what kind of doctor does this to their patients, and I also hope we do get a call back which is highly unlikely.

My experience was extremely frustrating & disappointing. First of let me start by saying that the nurse practitioner was caring & sweet. However, the front staff is another story. When I first scheduled over the phone, Tiffany told me that they did accept my insurance. I then filled out the form that she emailed me & included photos of my insurance card. Before my consult I showed her my insurance card. Then immediately after I saw the nurse, she conveniently tells me that she never actually looked at the front of my insurance card & now that she had she realized that they don’t accept it & I need to pay out of pocket for everything! So either their business practices are very unethical, or the staff is irresponsible. Either way it was not right.
