Imagine being told you can have 2 weeks to try out the gym but then you get there and they tell you never mind its $2 dollars, still does not sound so bad right? WRONG, I took the 2 week trial and cancelled after a week and a half. The same guy who signed me up did not want to help me. His sales associate partner was even more scared to give me his last name because I was going to report this fraud. I ended up speaking to the general manager and she failed to have any customer service retention experience... if your staff does something wrong own up to it! She basically told me I am screwed to paying the 40 dollars for the month because the policy has a 3 day cancel period (initial sales person never disclosed) not 2 weeks. If that is true how is any of this my fault, I never got the contract? I never got an email for the contract nor did they send me an email for cancellation like they disclosed in person. I had to ask the lady to print out the cancellation forum because I already know they are going to try to fraud there way into stating I did not cancel in person. I hope the Area Manager or whomever is above this GM at this location is reading this. This is not how a professional business should be conducted. For a gym so close to other competitor I expected more customer service. Such a shame!

Great costumer service, Genaro Lopez was super helpful through the whole process of getting a membership and answered every question I had. Amazing costumer service skills. The gym also has such a great environment, I definitely recommend.

Great staff.. but I believe for the price customers deserve a bigger place it's very crowded specially the lady's area some of us womens like it more private and it seems like we're a lot in this place it's a lot of us in there and we gotta waste our time doing something else to wait on someone to finish.. at Planet fitness I paid $25 for so much more maybe they didn't offer classes that I don't even use here.. I didn't mind driving further.. now I need daycare that's why I came to this one...

Excellent, excellent job and responsibility from Genaro Lopez. Not only do I know him personally but am honored to see his hard work in person. Every time I am troubled with an activity or just lost he is there always willing to help me which shows his maturity/care. Believe when I say, Mr. Lopez, has an amazing character. He was the one to recommend me Tru Fit in the first place and ultimately joined the gym due to it feeling like home. Once again, Mr. Genaro Lopez, is an outstanding worker who shows responsibility, character, and in my opinion most importantly care for those around him. Very very cool and hard working human being.

This was my first time having a trainer, my experience has been greater than I expected thanks to my trainer Ale. She is very patient and considerate with me. Sometimes I have no idea what I’m doing and she will always make me feel safe! I definitely recommend her <3

Great place to workout in. Plenty of weights and different kinds of cardio machines. I decided to get a personally trainer and TruFit put me with Ale. I absolutely love Ale as my personal trainer because she understands what my goals are and is helping me every step of the way. I also have previous injuries from sports and Ale is very careful to revolve my workouts to make it friendlier on my body. I have recommended my wife, dad and brother to her because she has done such a great job and I have seen such amazing results. Ask for Ale as a personal trainer and you won’t be disappointed

Super great staff!!! Gabby is the BEST!!! Her customer service skills are second to none. I highly recommend this gym just from a customer service standpoint alone but, the equipment is top quality and very user friendly. This is the gym for beginners and the advanced alike. The staff is ready and willing to help out with whatever a person might need. Trufit, keep up the excellent work!

I want to give a shoutout to the awesome front desk gym member Martha! She’s always there with a friendly greeting and ready to help with any questions or concerns. Her knowledge about the equipment and classes is top-notch, and she makes the gym experience even better. I appreciate her positive energy and dedication to making everyone feel welcome. Keep up the great work Martha! Definitely recommend going to this gym!

This morning Gabby whom was at the front desk was very sweet and nice. She took extremely good care of me and nade sure all my needs were met at the gym. Super compassionate and great service upon entering the facility.

I’ve been a member for a while and John is a great staff member. Knows how to give you pointers and is a truly inspirational fit person. If you seek motivation and a place where you are welcomed. Come to this gym. Everyone is super friendly. I’ve been to several trufits but this one takes the cake.

5-stars based on customer service, particularly from Victoria and Albert. But everyone I have dealt with has been wonderful. My initial impression of this location wasn’t the greatest, but the more time I spend here the more impressed I am with the employees.Our family is currently halfway through our 7-day trial. Is this gym perfect? No. But I think they are doing the best they can. At this price point, a lot of the surface cleanliness and organization lies in the hands of the members. During peak hours, the place is a mess. No amount of staff could keep up with people just leaving stuff everywhere. But during less-busy hours, this place is quite pleasant and clean.The kids club seems to be geared more towards toddlers and babies, but my kiddos still have a good time. I would prefer they play kid movies rather than youtube on the screen. But the staff members are always really nice and they aren’t afraid to implement rules, which I really appreciate.My only real gripe about this club is that the spray bottles that everyone has to use are hung from the trash cans in a way that the part you squeeze is stored IN the trash. An easy fix could be some cheap hooks installed onto the walls. More hand sanitizer would be nice too.
