Trainor Orlando has no manners nor respect, only scams costumers. Do not fall for any contract they offer as he does not respect them. Takes advantage of elderly people.The number of costumers he's done the same thing to many many people and yet management does nothing, therefor the issue is not only him but also the people in charge who keep protecting him regardless. That speaks loudly of their ethics as a business. Costumers mean nothing to this TruFit location so strongly do not recommend.Need to work on their customer service

Horrible “ORLANDO ZEPEDA” OR “CANTU” whatever his full REAL name is! Claims to be personal trainer but instead lurks people into singing in for contracts. He does not attend the sessions, leave the trainees to do it themselves and trains wrong! (Has made the trainees train cardio for half the time of the session and tells them he’ll be with them after they are done, but he left somewhere else before the time of the session was even over and was nowhere to be found that same day! And no one could give his whereabouts)Do not understand why he keeps working there as “MANAGER” after the many bad reviews towards him. HE IS A RUDE PERSON WITH BAD MANNERS, behavior and costumer service. No ethics at all as a trainer not as a person! DO NOT FALL FOR HIS CONTRACTS AND STOP ATTENDING THIS GYM WHEN THERES A MANY MORE IN THE RGV AREA WITH TRUTHFULNESS, RESPECT, and more.!NO ACCOUNTABILITY WHATSOEVER FROM ORLANDO.

Worst treatment ever Orlando Cepeda staff member taking advantage of of lady charging more for personal training and not training how it suppose to, docent know how to have a costumer service and will get out off hand if gone against him

Gotta be honest never had good experience with tru fit with previous management but the new management DJ is excellent very engaging and helpful. He will take care of you I promise you that.

These people pray upon students in college because they are much more easier to deceive them through false contracts that will keep them paying regardless of wanting to cancel. These gym has been exposed by banks for using a back up company and keep drawing money out of you regardless of what they do to protect your card. If you signed up a contract with them, cancel your card altogether or be used to get drawn our hundred dollars more. YOU'VE BEEN WARNEDD!!
