Excellent customer service!! When I had question regarding storage for vehicles and renting a truck to move things from one residence to another the lady at the front was wonderful and informative. I’ve been to other storage facilities and didn’t even receive half attention she gave me. I will definitely recommend these facilities to friends and family!!

I recently moved from Houston and was in need of storage and decided to go with this one and I am surprised how efficient and clean everything is especially when I need information about a unit the front desk lady is always so nice and helpful I will definitely be recommending this place

Lazy employees. Never answer calls, do not return calls, or reply to emails. I came to to the storage saw the employee in the morning and then she was gone. Needed to return my keys. It’s been a hassle with them since the beginning. The one in McAllen operates different I wouldn’t choose any Edinburg location
