“I'm giving 5⭐ because I'm a happy IBC costumer, for years. However, when money "disappear" for some charges (like 7 days "pending" for NFL+ subscription) the clarification is too complex even tho the money gone hurried up. If I can write my claim and attach screenshots, why it would be needed to waste even more resources like time and satisfaction making calls or passing by the branch?, if money gone quickly, so clarify must to be quickly also. In the other hand IBC provided to attach files in formats which exclude some of the most common. To me, all of this is a delay where banking win or discourage the costumers to move on. Survey, I been receiving invitation to participate, ok I'm survey dealer in apps like junkie, Google and others where, at this time I earn hundreds dollars in the database industry (like surveys) and IBC wants survey for nothing, so I don't take it, I'm so sorry about that.”

“I love banking with wells fargo. I have been with this bank since I lived in WA state. Thats why I think they deserve at least 2 stars. But the wait in line in the drive thru is insane. 1½ hours and still waiting...UPDATE:Now that the pandemic has passed (we are now june 2022), I love coming to this bank. As soon as you walk in through the doors, youre greeted, and there are always 2 or 3 tellers assisting customers. Even if theres a line, it goes quick.
