This guy Mando is a con artist. You will find out the hard way. You’ve been warned. Yes his bro/guys will fix your stuff but he will lie about how he fixed it to gain much more $. For example, if you do not know much about engines (he will love you!) he will say you need a new flywheel because the stator went bad. So used flywheel $350, labor $200, deposit fee that you don’t get back $200, and you pay all that for your own flywheel since the stator/magnets that’s attached to the flywheel in the rear only needs to be reglued and doesn’t require a whole other flywheel (He won’t tell you about the glue part and will say it needs a whole other flywheel). There’s more but I’ll leave it there. Mando and his bro did this work for me a couple years ago, and I had let it go and just stopped going there. But now years later it got me upset again because I met a long time customer of his that told me some similar stories and how after several years he had to dump these guys because of the lies. Anyhow, forget this guy and ask around for a good reliable mechanic who doesn’t take advantage of others. This guy Mando is a clown. The deposit upfront is already a big red flag. Why do you need to charge a deposit if the equipment is already there.

The word UNPROSESSIONAL does not come close to describing this place.I had a push mower I needed looked at. I dropped it off of and got the diagnosis. I paid for them to the diagnostics and waited awhile for the update and once that update came they told me they would try to fix it.I get a call weeks later to come pick up the mower. i waited in their parking lot 45m past opening time and left. I called later and the person answering the phone was STILL HAVING A CONVERSATION with someone in the store joking and laughing while im waiting for them to even say hello. after about 15s of this he finnaly decided to take my call.Another day after clearing my schedule to pick up the mower i show up in person. they TOLD ME MY MOWER WASN'T EVEN READY. the only professional employee there was offering me compensation for these issues but i flat out refused. I declined it because i didnt want anything more to do with them by that point.WEEKS LATER I finally get the update about my little push mower, they couldn't fix it, refunded what i paid for. and left it at that.Being in that tiny room in the summer is unbearable dealing with them, the whole front lobby is dingy with only 1 barely functional AC unit

Writing this review for my dad, he loves the customer service and how everything was explained thoroughly to him. He was very happy with the prices given to him compared to other places he’s been to and he greatly recommends this place to all of his friends. Overall their service was quick and friendly and the warranty was a cherry on top.

Quality work. But, the deposit is actually a diagnostic fee. So, don't get upset. They haven't changed the sign that explains that. Overall, good results.

Very bad had someone there trying to charge me to tell me the problem when i was telling them the problem showing them the problem business was ran better by mando now jus goin down the drain that’s 2x already I leave disappointed mind you I pay ?an still gotta wait 3 months to get my machine back smh

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone take your equipment and money elsewhere. Had my weed eater there 2 weeks and wasn't even looked at. Just picked up my equipment and will take it to flea market they might fix it in a few hours.

If ANYONE is doing business with these people , be sure & understand that the $65 they ask for deposit when leaving your equipment is NOT & will NOT be applied to ANY repairs done to your equipment .. they also WILL NOT call youuu before ANY repairs are done … its their practice to repair THEN stick you with a high repair bill as they’ve done to me TWICE !!!!! soooo i recommend finding another legitimate place to do business … oh .. & this is their receipt!!! I paid $165 for a bolt, fuel filter , & a piece of fuel line & have some lights replaced which weren’t even on the work order !! FIND ANOTHER PLACE!!!
