Albert, the manager, was a blessing! Going through the storage unit with my deceased father’s belongings was difficult enough but then we were dealing with heat and mosquitoes and emotions! Albert came to check on us and willingly took our trash in the back of his truck to the dumpster. He went above and beyond.

We have been with Superior Storage for 20 plus years. The reason we’ve remained is because any issues or concerns, we reach out to Albert. He is the most nicest, courteous and knowledgeable person to help solve any concerns. We also love the location and cleanliness.

I have had my personal items stored here for over a year and I have not once ever encountered any issues. The property is always clean and maintained. Both Albert and Randy have been very professional and have shown the utmost courtesy and customer service when speaking to them. They have gone over and above during this pandemic to assure me that my items would be safe and offered payment options to ensure my health safety, as well as theirs. I highly recommend this storage business when looking for a storage unit.

I have been with Superior Storage for years. I have also recommended people to Superior Storage. I have never had any problems. The customer service is excellent . Albert is the one who I have worked for years and has always taken care of me and anyone I have sent. He has always provided GREAT customer service and everyone I have recommend feels the same.

We’ve had our storage unit since 2005. Superior Storage has maintained a high standards through out there facility! Albert from Day one has always kept us abreast of any changes or up grade that the facility may be going through, always ensuring our property is well secured and that our safety while at the facility is paramount. Couldn’t ask more from and Manager. He has distinguished himself in so many ways. A true professional when it comes to customer service and satisfaction.
