Store is clean but the attitude of a male cashier with tattoos on his neck & elsewhere on his arms, looks like in his mid 50s.. Is VERY rude.No customer service whatsoever.Didn't want to assist me with an EBT transaction and I know for a fact he was denying it from his end through the cash register. Old timer looked like he didn't even want to work... Should've just called in.This is also the location where a murderer (Amy V.) was a manager.. The vibes and rude of employees makes sense.Im calling out the area managers to stand side by side for a week with the employees there.. I am very disappointed because I come to this Stripes location AT LEAST 3 times a week. It’s been EXTREMELY dirty I’d say 50% of the time I go. In the afternoon it’s almost guaranteed to be dirty. I don’t post often but when I do it’s because it’s really bad. There are buckets of water on the floor where the drinks are with no signs. Employees just on their phones behind counter while all this is going on with no one else in the store other than my Gf and I. None of the drinks I wanted worked (tried 3) and the drink area and salsa bar were dirty and gross. It smells there now and it’s such a shame because I can easily say it use to be very clean 4 months back all the time. New staff training needed or new staff needed. Hope it goes back to what it was. Making my trips to the circle k down the street until it’s better.

Never answer the phones always run out of E85 gas and that’s the only place in the area that Carries E85 and the workers are always on their cell phones and super rude

Lazy people who could care more if you spent with them or not. Went to buy my lottery tickets and redeem my scratch offs. First she tried to tell me my $10 dollar winner card was already paid out after I just checked it under you own machine in the store. Right.People don’t trust them!!! Check your own cards as they will tell you anything. Then we finally got past that and I purchased 9 tickets and wanted the same numbers off old tickets (3) and she was like I need to fill out a card. No one else was in the store so she could of done it like all the others do to help you out.Stripes you lost a customer here because every place sells lottery and gas. No need spending my money with people who don’t want to offer you the obvious which is customer service.

This is one of my favorite gas stations to go to because 1. It's actually really close to my apartment, and 2. It's pretty clean and keeps good standards.My literal only complaint, and sorry to be a Karen, is that I ordered a Q-taco (can't go wrong with those ?) and it was cold. I have never had a cold Q-taco ever ever. And there were inconsistencies when ordering. The two people before me both ordered qtacos and we're stuffed so much the taco could barely fold over. And when it got to my turn the cook slapped on a huge amount of beans and then put the smallest amount of papa+egg like they were rationing at WWII.
