Salads are always moldy. I said something about it a couple of days ago and they removed them. It was 6 of them and when I went back today there were 3 of them with mold all over the cucumbers and the lettuce that they were on. Fountain drinks are too syrupy, don't work or have to much mineral water. Well that's what it taste like to me.

I know this is stripes and I don’t expect them to be amazing, but a fly cooked in with the egg is crazy work and my barbacoa taco had a hair in it. I guess it’s really hard to do the bare minimum. I’ve noticed that the female kitchen staff is always dragging and the male crew always have everything ready.

I stopped to buy breakfast this morning, which I must say the taco was delicious, thank you! Only thing is, I bought a Minute Maid orange juice and when I opened it and drank out of it, it tasted like gas and spit it out. I've been calling all day to warm management about it because where I work at, we had the same issue with that product, but nobody answers. So if ya'll see this message, please remove this product before you have any other problems with customers. Thank you!

Wow almost a full eggshell on my taco , try to avoid this place , sometimes in a hurry, and still get an eggshell on the chorizo and egg ? , guess they don't check before cooking it

Called at 9:40am for breakfast tacos to pick up. Was told had to wait because there were 10 people in line and I would have to wait. I said fine to give me travel time. When I started to give the order was told all they had was potato and egg, and because they were already making lunch they could not make anything else. Lunch doesn't start til 10:30.

Unfortunately, this place is my place where I always do my shopping because it is the only one close to me but the service in the kitchen is terrible, the women have a hard time. Gossips are already clowning and the customer urgently needs to take his order because we have to work... very apart from that they are rude. Very rude to serve and the tacos, not to mention, give him a pittance every time but hey, I'll give it a star for me.
Let me comment because the truth is that none of them deserve terrible service, clarifying in the kitchen... cashiers, I congratulate them, they are good workers and very friendly, I hope the manager or the manager or whatever puts the order and can do something about it
