Went for a lighter and the worker ludi didnt wanna sell she asked for my id nd i went back home to get it and she proceeded to say she could not sell me cz of my id i am 21 nd i have a mexican id tht to me is just racism its a legit id ive never heard of someone id for a lighter my oven dont wanna turn on nd i have some friends over i just wanted to make breakfast ive never had a problem with my mexican id this was an inconvenience i hope yall do something about this

Rude manager. Terrible customer service. This was in September 2023. Hopefully there has been a change in managers since then. I do not understand how someone so unprofessional can be placed in charge of a business.

Very rude customer service I called for a simple question about a purchase before I took the trip to the store. She placed me on hold as soon as I answered. Then when she came on the phone she was rude telling me she was alone in the register. When I ask her the question she says well if we have them yes but I don't know what you're talking about . So rude , if you don't like your job at stripes then find something else that will make you happy. Just cause someone calls doesn't mean they need to be rude, I'm a customer too

This has to be a low for me, writing a review for stripes convenient store. I don't know what I was thinking. I am trying to eat right and I was having trouble finding a vegetarian option so I decided to get a bean taco. Three women were working behind the counter and it still took about 10 minutes. Not a pleasant experience. The lady that made my bean taco gave me bean and chorizo which is what should be expected when you go to a stripes. I feel for anyone that decides to eat here. You might get a good one but probably not.

Stopped by to buy a medium size fountain drink, promotion was 69cents per cup. NO MEDIUM CUPS what kind of business posts a promotion and doesn’t have the stock. Management should take a course in “supply and demand”. I feel sorry for the clerk who has to show his face and get mouthed off by angry customers.
