If there was a negative zero star. I'd give that. Terrible customer service. Very slow. They came to help me then didn't come back for 30 minutes and then asked the same question "have you been helped" after I was clearly getting helped. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Horrible customer service. Attended to us as soon as we came in, but seemed like they wanted us out asap. When I've worked with other stores and providers they take their time to answer our questions and these people ran through our new phone set up in less than 10 minutes instead of allowing us to set up our phone the way we wanted it. All employees just sitting around, and in the middle of our set up the employee tending to us went to the back and came back smelling like chips.

When we walked in every representative was busy with another customer. It was hard to tell where the line started because there were a few other unattended customers milling or sitting around. We were there five minutes before anyone seemed to notice we existed. It would have helped had there been a sign up sheet or a "take a number" dispenser. After we were acknowledged we waited a few more minutes before a rep named Carlos took us to a table. He was friendly, but kept disappearing on us to attend to another customer. So he was doing double duty. However, in spite of that he was able to change our plan to a less expensive one and eliminate a line we no longer required. To request another member of the family be designated as an authorized user who can change things when needed requires calling 611 and talking to a rep over the phone. Other than that we were able to accomplish all we set out to do. So the service was efficient once we were waited on. We were happy with Carlos and the service he gave us. I just recommend they have a sign up sheet to deal with the times when more customers than reps are available. It would also help if they could acknowledge people coming in and provide an estimated wait time.

Terrible customer service, they don't follow the order if arrival, there is no way to get your Tmobile Tuesday gift because they make it extremely difficult and make you wait in an hour line to receive an incentive that should be an in/out type of thing. Disgusted with this store
