I usually go to drive thru to make my payments for my accounts and for most get welcomed or a thank you after payment is processed. But today went to Branch 12 on Jackson never got a simple hello or I will be right with you. I felt like no one was going to process my payment but apparently after like 10 minute wait teller 12014 send out tube and never even a thank you. Teller 12014 you forget cause of the members you get a paycheck nice to know your manners have gonna out the window. Such bad service on you're behalf. Learn to acknowledge members with a simple effort of hello will be right with you.

Worst place to do anything! Wait time is horrible! Employes dont even know what they're doing. Always issues with everything. Worst decision ever. Stay away from this place.

This credit union is presently involved in what I consider a form of financial elder abuse. In this case, it has created an IRA with our deceased father’s funds that my mother inherited, now also deceased. The thing is, this unauthorized transaction was taken 16 months after his funds had been deposited in my mother’s account. My mother was never informed and given the opportunity to designate beneficiaries when the credit union created an IRA in her name. This now means the family cannot inherit the funds without going to court.The Los Angeles Times published a column 12/21/21 called “Sorry Your Dad’s Dead. Mind If We Hold on to his Money? It made me realize financial institutions must be taking advantage of the difficult stage of life when our parents are at their weakest.

So now they are exactly like corporate banks when at one time they prided themselves from being different due to customers being members.

Jose S was so fantastic my checkbook had gotten lost on the New York City subway because I left it there and I messed up the time zones for the zoom meeting but he called me and we were able to transfer my account what an absolute professional this is a great Bank Plus when you photo deposit a check the funds are available that same day

Been a customer for over 10 years. All of a sudden you go in and now they've changed their policies, without ever being notified. I'm super upset, I made sure to voice my concerns. So now they are exactly like corporate banks when at one time they prided themselves from being different due to customers being members.

Have sent several loan payments to be applied as PRINCIPAL ONLY PAYMENTS and they continually apply them as payments that are not even due yet. This is ridiculous! And, no one is ever able to correct it for us.

This is the worst website EVER for trying to re-set a password. Even when you repeatedly enter correct information it keeps reading as an error. It does not allow you to change the Security Question either. Kept answering it correctly and it STILL kept giving me error. SMH.... I give up!!

Had been a customer for years and never had an issue however for the past several years services have been lacking. This financial institution has become one of the worst I've dealt with.
