Rockridge Apartments is a quiet, peaceful, and pet-friendly complex. It is a gated community with a very affordable and tolerable living environment, especially recommended for college students. The location is super close to the UTRGV campus and other activities. Each unit includes a washer and dryer, and the master bedroom is big with a walk-in closet. Facilities include an amazing spa center. The management is generally accommodating and helpful. The people in the office are super attentive, nice, and understandable, often going out of their way to assist. Maintenance is also super helpful, though occasional reminders for work orders may be needed. There are a couple of minor, fixable maintenance items that might be present upon moving in. The complex is mostly quiet, though noise from downstairs units can be a little loud, suggesting a second-floor apartment for less noise. A noted criticism is speedsters with loud engines on the nearby road at night. Overall, residents report being satisfied with the facilities, quality of housing, and management, finding it a decent and great place to live.
Management here is amazing! The girls from the office are the sweetest. I have no complaints here and definitely recommend.
