Made my appointment for 3 pm, then the stylist told me she was running 15 minutes behind after I had already arrived. But if I would’ve been late when I would’ve been penalized? How is that fair? I don’t recommend this place at all!

Love my haircut!! I asked for curtain bangs and a hair trim, I got exactly what I asked for! The stylist cut enough bangs to frame my face the way I like it!
