My experience was smooth. Container was delivered and picked up at right times. My stuff didnt move by a inch even though the distance between 2 apartments was 1500 miles. Would definitely recommend PODs to my friends.

Fantastic services from beginning to end. This was a stressful process. The cost was phenomenal and not one item was delivered broken or damaged. It is obvious they took very good care of our stuff.

They didn’t keep my pods in climate control as evidenced by the mud inside the pod and the damage to my furniture. A moving blanket melted onto my table. The insurance that I paid for was denied. Unless a war or a meteor hit the pod they don’t pay. Read the insurance before you waste your money. Pods Negligence and not accepting responsibility. Never use them again. NEVER. And don't buy into their response below. They refuse to do anything... so being nice in the review is fake. NEVER use PODSs.

We used two PODS for moving. The first one was sent to the facility and then we packed the second one. Very convenient service. It’s better to talk to a representative to get the details right.

PODS is very convenient. They do need to revamp their customer service. We had to call probably 5 times and each time had to wait on hold for an exorbitant amount of time, and were given misinformation which resulted in an unexpected delay of our POD.

With how expensive PODS is, I would have expected better quality and service. Our container was picked up 3 hours before the time window that was given to us and we were left with a lot of our belongings not in the container. The driver was in a rush to pick up our container and even woke us up at 6:25AM to give us a five minute warning that he would be at our residence. We had to discard a lot of our items that wouldn’t fit in our car. Even after talking with a customer service representative to get compensation for our items that we had to discard, they denied our request. We lost over $500 worth of items due to the false information we were given about pick up times. Definitely not worth the price of using PODS. I’m scheduling a delivery to drop off my items at another storage unit instead of keeping it in PODS storage due to the terrible experience we had.

PODS Moving & Storage may be a little more pricey than some of the other companies out there BUT the customer service is through the roof outstanding. We originally ordered two PODS, a 16 ft and an 8 ft. The gentleman that assisted with my original order was a lot of fun, but so very professional, and helped put my fears of moving and storing my stuff in someone else's control and not my own, were put to rest. When I called back to change the 8 ft to a 16 ft, I was greeted with the same professionalism as the original person. Having to order a third POD was no easy decision, but it was seamless to order an additional POD. The drivers that dropped off and picked up my PODS in Oklahoma were professional and caring. The driver that dropped off and picked up my PODS in Texas was outstanding - very professional! My only complaint was the condition of the third, 8 foot POD. The door was very difficult to open and close as was the latch.

Great to be able to move yourself, but PODS won't pick them up when you want. Ours are still waiting in the driveway 2 weeks later. Our new HOA is furious!

Best and most economical way to make a move. You can take your time and pack things the way you want. Customer service on the phone and on the ground was excellent. I will definitely use them again if I ever make another move.

When dealing with my belongings I was worried I was going to deal with poor communication but quite the opposite. I received a call prior to dropping off the POD, another call when it was picked up and another to confirm when I was going to be available to pick up my belongings.Great service and no complaints :)
